The Xmas scented incense cones I bought are a serious contender for the worst purchase I have ever made
The cones smell of the house burning down but luckily they are so small and few in number we should survive
The quality is grim and the value for money is shameful
Glad I found this out on a low value purchase

Hello Matthieu, sorry to hear you have not received your order. Due to Royal Mail Industrial Action, deliveries are taking longer than usual, which is unfortunately out of our control. We have responded back to you directly with further details.

Needed a little more in the way of instructions and one of the decorations was torn a little, I assume from being placed into it's packaging. Otherwise very happy to find an eco brand of decoration.

The service was excellent and the…
The service was excellent and the products looked lovely. There was a slight issue because either the fans or the balls on the garland were supposed to have pins on to secure them in the open position, but actually had sticky tabs so I have had to put them away open as I can’t flatten them out again. A minor problem! Still highly recommended!

Thank you for your lovely feedback! Yes our ball garland has sticky tabs to fasten the items which was a conscious decision as these small items can get easily crushed - nevertheless we will take your feedback on board. Paper Dreams team x

Absolutely Delighted
I bought some garlands and fans from Paper Dreams as part of my wedding decorations and I couldn't be more delighted. The colours were as vivid as the pictures, the paper quality is fantastic AND therre was no unneccasary plastic wrapping. SO HAPPY!
