Used the content factory ATX for content to launch my new whatnot store. From start to finish everyone we worked with was super helpful and patient, answered every question we had and even worked with our almost endless requests. Would definitely recommend to others and will be utilizing again in the future!

Our experience with The Content Factory ATX was disappointing across the board. The CEO Hass made big promises before we signed on, including a written refund guarantee if results weren't met within six months. The execution never came close. Content was slow, communication was inconsistent, and there was little proactive strategy. When results were poor, we collaborated on a pivot their team recommended. Still nothing improved. When we requested the guaranteed refund, the CEO claimed the agreement was never formally signed and refused to pay. We escalated through their own financing partner, who reviewed the evidence and ruled entirely in our favor. If you're considering working with them, protect yourself. Get everything signed, documented, and don't rely on verbal or email promises alone. In all honesty, we wanted this partnership to work but the execution was never there

Stealing our work and claiming it's your own to pitch potential clients is one of the lowest and most unethical things you could do.

I was genuinely interested in Content Factory ATX’s services and scheduled a call to learn more. What followed was one of the most unprofessional and frustrating experiences I’ve had in 30 years as an entrepreneur.

First, I booked a Zoom meeting and immediately received a cancellation and a new Google Meet link for a different time. Then, within two hours, I was bombarded with seven separate emails—mostly promotional fluff, but one of them demanded I take additional action or my meeting would be canceled. Off-putting, but I complied.

Shortly after, the texts started. The first one instructed me to complete the same step I had already done. I replied, letting them know. Then came another text saying my meeting would need to be rescheduled again. At that point, I decided not to move forward with such a disorganized, pushy company.

That’s when the most shocking part happened. The representative I had been dealing with, Trinidad de Luz, actually laughed (“lol sounds good”) when I told her I would be canceling because of how unprofessional and disorganized the process had been. Instead of handling feedback professionally, she doubled down, became defensive, and continued sending aggressive texts that only reinforced my decision.

This is not how a legitimate, competent company operates. If they can’t manage a simple appointment without bombarding a prospect with endless emails, texts, cancellations, and rude responses, I can’t imagine how chaotic their actual services must be.

Save yourself the time, frustration, and headache. I would not do business with this company if their services were free.

I have made millions of dollars from the content this team has produced. I’ve worked with a lot of media teams over the years, and nobody gets it like they do.
