Amazing cookies! These are some of THE best cookies I’ve ever tasted! They arrived so quick and were beautifully packed. The Hazelnut Heaven cookie was my favourite but all 6 of the flavours were amazing! Really great value too. I’ll definitely be back for more! Thank you!

Fabulous presentation and variety, apparently they taste insane! (That’s what everyone says who I send them too!) New baby, birthday, easter… you name it, I send cookies for it! Friendly and quick service. I recommend them to everyone, so glad I found out about them!

The best cookies I've ever had and trust me, I eat a lot. Great value for money so I set up a monthly subscription and now I just get cookies in the post every month it's perfect! A wide variety of options means I can choose something different each time and I've also given them as gifts, people love them!! There's a real personal touch that makes them taste even better

they taste great but 6 very small cookies for 12 quid that are smaller than a choc digestive is really taking the pea out of the consumer. this is silly money.

I ordered cookies for a family member's birthday during lockdown. I asked if it was possible to have these delivered on his birthday which was arranged all within the free shipping. The cookies were delicious and packaged beautifully, Sarah was really responsive too. Will definitely order again ☺️

Apart from the fact that these cookies are absolutely delicious and taste like they have just come freshly out of the oven, the customer care is second to none. We had mistakenly given the wrong delivery address and Sarah couldn’t have done more to ensure that the cookies were delivered to the right address. I never usually write reviews but this was exceptional for many reasons!

Delicious, soft cookies, packed with chocolate chunks - These rarely last a day in our house!

The owner is absolutely lovely too and went out of her way to do something special for us when we needed to send a thank you gift to our local fire brigade.

Such a wide selection to choose from. These cookies are to die for. They stayed moist for 2/3 days (probably even longer but we devoured them quickly!). So so tasty, highly recommend! Such a good idea as a gift too.

Amazing personalised birthday cookies! The customer service is excellent and we were given plenty of options to choose from (flavour-wise as well as personalised customisation). The cookies came wrapped in a very smart box, delivered on time as expected and perfectly fitted through the letterbox. Needless to say they tasted great and we will be ordering them again. Highly recommended!

I don't really have a sweet tooth, but when these cookies arrived as a perfectly packaged gift, they disappeared within a few hours. Really really delicious, cannot recommend highly enough. I will be ordering another box, and then another and another.

I was sent a box of Cookie Mail cookies from a friend. They arrived the day after they were baked, delightfully packaged and tasting fresh and delicious.

I enjoyed them so much I ordered some for my sister's birthday. I ordered these several weeks in advance and was really impressed to receive a message from Sarah on the day of delivery confirming they had been baked to ensure fresh cookies on delivery and she had tracked the parcel which arrived on time. Great service! Will order again.

I have had a great experience with The Cookie Mail and have ordered from them twice so far. They were able to accommodate my special request (dark choc) even though This wasn’t an option on their website, cookies were dispatched very quickly and tasted absolutely delicious!
I ordered a second box as a gift for a friend which went missing in the post, but after raising this with Sarah she dealt with it brilliantly and sent another box out immediately. Really excellent customer service and most importantly DELICIOUS cookies!
