The most recognisable thing about it is the dome-shaped architecture. In a corridor full of boxy residential towers, the dome stands out. The project is spread over roughly 1.3 acres and is said to offer around 485 units. The format includes retail shops, a food court, a multiplex, and in some descriptions office spaces and studio-style units. A large part of the sales pitch is the pre-leased model.
