The products were first class ,but

The products were first class the pasties are some of the best I have tasted and the scones were excellent but not impressed with the delivery,box was damaged and the package was 24 hours late and left by my garage bearing in mind,this is a food item . That should not have happened

Lovely surprise, much enjoyed

Hamper arrived at promised time..Scones were absolutely delicious, and enjoyed al fresco on a very warm day. Brilliant idea to have coffee option as recipient doesnt drink tea..very pleased

Do Not trust the delivery

I ordered a cream tea with extras for a present on a specific day, and I was assured that it would be delivered on that date and at a the time by both the cornish hamper store and the courier company.
After my friend waited in all day for this parcel to be delivered, I received a message late in the evening saying that they will not deliver today.
I was very disappointed as this was a special gift on their special day and they waisted the whole day for this to be delivered.
When I contacted the cornish company to enquire about the food quality of being fresh, due to the delay they didn't seem bothered not even an apology.

Very disappointed.

My 94 yr old Aunt was thrilled with her cream tea! An amazing unusual gift without coasting a fortune! Fresh & tasty! Recommend to use this company. I rang with a question and the call was answered & sorted straight away!

Delicious cream teas & pasties …

We have had 3 cream teas from here & have to say scones are delicious. So light I ended up eating more than I should have . Son tasted the pastie from a previous order & requested them for his birthday breakfast. Kept up to date on order & delivered on correct day .
Wouldn’t hesitate to order again although my waistline might be screaming for me not to . Life is short enjoy the treats while you can 😁

Brilliant service and delicious

A fantastic surprise for my friend’s birthday. She said it was absolutely delicious and a real treat. Brilliant service arrived on time and I was kept up to date via email on all aspects of my order, from start to finish. Highly recommend and hope to use again soon
