The Corporate Governance Institute's learning experience was fully virtual, with a diverse range of presenters sharing their expertise, enabling the sharing of professional experience and expert knowledge. The option for students to share their business knowledge and experiences also enriched the learning outcomes.

The CGI provide a great range of options to suit everyones timescales from the intensive 1 week course which i did, to one evening a week to a course you complete as and when you can.

The process to sign up was seamless and the coursework was up to date and relevant whether you are a potential NED or current board member. The lecturers and interesting and the topics are interactive and fun.

I would recommend this course especially for anyone who is looking to become a NED.

The learning experience was smooth and customized to be effective & very efficient where it enabled me to expand and explore more for the topics in each module. The contents was future fit, built on knowledge and real life experience from different sectors worldwide. Loved the AI tools used as it was very innovative and interactive. Not only during the course but also after, they are a great way to hear from industry practitioners with real life case studies. I made the self-paced Corporate Governance Diploma. For busy people and tight agenda to attend a on-site program its very good. From all the programs I researched its one of the most complete, that cover in depth all relevant subjects, with a trustworthy certification at the end.

The instructors were really good and so were the material. Very relevant content and perfect for anyone looking to become or is already a board member.

The material was well organised,I will recommend to anyone who is having ambitions to become a board member. I also appreciated the support throughout the studies, Although it is difficult to balance between day work and studying 🙏

I struggled to access learning materials and your intervention came late. The classes were late especially for South African time because we are an hour ahead. Multiple type of questions are limiting because one can’t explain according to their knowledge but confined to multiple type of questions. The course is expensive when converting euros to rands that’s why failing has exerted pressure and the course has become unaffordable.

I signed up for the Effective Company Secretary course, took the course immediately and passed the assessment - got my certificate with a distinction.
Then the flood of emails started, I kept asking the CGI to stop sending, there's no way to unsubscribe; very annoying. Often six or more messages every day.
The latest email reads, 'Now that you’re familiar with the learning platform, it’s time to start The Effective Company Secretary.' That's the course I took two weeks ago!

Wonderful online learning experience with a timely support when needed. Fabulous and deep insights delivered in an enjoyable way. I am looking forward to my next training course with the Corporate Governance Institute.
