If you are thinking about getting a garden room the Cotswold Cabin Company are the place to go. From initial visit to the show rooms to final hand over every thing was first class. We had a cabin built by John's team and we are extremely pleased with it. It was built in 5 days as promised despite some awful weather and the trades used were all local and excellent. Don't hesitate if you are thinking about purchasing, you will not regret it.

Loved every minute of working with Cotswold Cabin Company, i almost want to buy another one just to chat with the owner Jon again! Love the end product feels solid well built and just as i the design promised delivered on time exactly when agreed. Provides a lovely space for my pottery studio. Would recommend to anyone wanting a Garden room of any size.

We spent a long time looking for a garden room which could be used as an office. The cabin offered by Cotswold Cabins completely answered our requirements. The construction was speedy and the cabin is well built. We are really pleased with our new cabin.

We found Jon when we were looking for a nice garden room so we could create a home gym. He went out of his way to accommodate us when we visited his showroom and made us feel welcome. He was open to ideas and getting creative.

Throughout the entire process he kept us up to date with the next stage of the project. All of the contractors who helped build the garden room were polite, professional and friendly. It was a very pleasant experience working with The Cotswold Cabin Company.

My husband and I came to Jon with a vision of having an annexe for friends and family to stay in. The whole process from start to finish was very professional and reassuring. Jon was very knowledgeable and designed the plans to exactly what we wanted and needed, which I have to say exceeded our expectations! The build itself was so smooth and Jon and his team are brilliant and kept things tidy, they are polite and was great at communicating. We have been planning to build a garden room/gym for a while but, we’re undecided upon location, foundations, size and style. An utterly amazing experience....I popped into see The Cotswold Cabin Company having seen numerous recommendations on Facebook and I was not disappointed.

Both Ruth and Jon are incredible - nothing is ever too much trouble, the communication outstanding from start to finish and we have ended up with our absolute dream garden office, we couldn't be happier.

Firstly, the cabin is great. Good quality, great visual appearance and solid structure.

Secondly, we absolutely love it! All of us. It was intended to be my office at home but has become so much more than that with my teenage sons spending as much time in it as we do socialising with friends.

Thirdly, and most importantly to us, the professional service we received from Jon (and the build team) was top class. There was a mis-understanding on the way one of our bi-folds opened. This was only understood after construction. Despite that, Jon worked with us to replace the bifold with another that we were much happier with. Other companies would have made this far more difficult and stressful (if not impossible) but the bi-fold was replaced within three weeks of the original install and works perfectly for us.

Recently had an office installed in the garden. Fantastic service from start to finish. Came out to go through the design with me, did a 3d image in real time so we could see exactly what it would like, made suggestions on what we should have. Agreed a date to install, and they took care of everything, installed a base on Thursday, turned up the following Monday morning to start the install and it was in and ready by Friday evening. It is everything I had hoped for any more, a real top quality finish and everything we agreed. They could have not been more professional and I would highly recommend The Cotswold Cabin Company if you are considering getting a room in your garden, only wish we had done it sooner.

John and his team are helpful, professional and knowledgable along with great customer service. They delivered a superb, highly-spec product on time and within budget with a smile. We would recommend them again and again.

We made a few enquiries with different companies for our cabin project and the Cotswold cabin company was the outstanding option for me down to their amazing service. We got a quick reply, then a design drawn up based on our initial spec shortly after. Jon was so friendly and helpful, coming out to meet us and inspect the site and give advice. He made all the changes we asked for with attention to every detail. Very good experience. Highly recommended.

We recently awarded The Cotswold Cabin Company the contract for a new office cabin. 2 months on from installation, we are happy with the finished project.

Pre-sales
Jon dedicated a significant amount of time and effort to the pre-sales phase of our project. He was professional, honest, patient and attentive to our questions. Jon made an effort to visit site, providing feedback and guidance on installation options. As one of the few suppliers in the locality with composite cabins on show, we were comforted by the ability to see sample buildings before commencing. At no point during the pre-sales process did we feel pressured or misguided.

Installation
The installation was completed in two phases. Firstly, the base was installed. This took place a couple of weeks before the cabin installation in a quick and tidy manner. The team were professional and very hard working. The second phase saw the installation of the cabin itself. Once again, a professional and relatively expeditious installation despite a few minor issues.

Jon oversaw the installation phase, was open and honest throughout and remained available for questions.

After-sales
Jon reviewed the installation work prior to handing the building over. The small snag list we had a compiled, which is not unexpected for projects of this kind, was addressed by Jon without hesitation.

The integrity, honesty and collaborative nature of this company are its greatest attributes. Thank you Jon and team.
