This is for Cotton Season London - the cheap con men
This is for Cotton Season London, (and not The cotton London), the shirt company that sells cheap china made shirts in UK (are they even legal?)
The shirt has no maker labels or size, delayed for around three weeks, and sent me a totally wrong size. No return options, or person to talk to. The only support email ID replies without any person name in their emails. They asked me to keep the item they sent as a "gift", and wanted £15 as postal charges to send me a new size shirt.
Absolutely con company, sending cheap Chinese made shirts that's not even worth £1.
I am not buying anything from any of these morons in UK.

Cotton season london — but warehouse only in china !
I’m currently trying to get a refund on my item. Order no. #1657
-Paid £44.95 for what turned out to be the worst quality jacket I’ve ever seen.
- they call themselves cotton season LONDON but claim to not have a warehouse only in CHINA !
- it is a calculated scam to name your brand such only to swindle money from people in the UK who expect a refund if unsatisfied like any other brand would do?!
- their website claims a money back guarantee but all they are willing to give me back is 13% of my spend !!
- they are suggesting I gift that substandard quality garment to someone !!
PLEASE DON’T make the MIATAKE I MADE!
I’ve also noticed them denying ever receiving orders from other negative reviews. Well I have an entire conversation history on email to prove what a scam they are.

Avoid…
Avoid if you don't want to waste your money. The coat I ordered for £44.50 after I have seen the ads on Facebook looks nothing like on the advertisement pics. The adult size XL looks in reality like a size for a 10 year old child in usual british clothing store. The quality of the product is terrible, looks cheap and has a disgusting feel. I am gutted. It looks I can't really return the item as I will have to pay for delivery to Asia!!!

Good product, lousy communication
The product I purchased (a cotton t-shirt) is superb quality and I’d thoroughly recommend it. My issue is with the company’s communication. I placed an order and received an acknowledgment, but then nothing for well over a week, and no response to emails or phone calls. It was only after I finally got a reply via social media that my item was shipped. If I hadn’t chased the order I have the feeling I’d still be waiting for it.
