Great items and good attitude to customer service.
I have made a couple of purchases from this company now and have been extremely pleased.
The first time around I didn't like the colour of one of the sweaters, but a return was accepted without issue and my emails were responded to extremely quickly and professionally.
The shirts are fantastic. Well made and a great fit.
Great Ts. Great fit! Great price. Always on the look out for the perfect basic crew T. Quality is better than Armani Exchange, where I used to go for basics till they upped their prices (now c£45). Better than Hugo Boss but more expensive (2 for £25). Slightly better than Reiss (£30). Not quite as good as Sunspel (£70).
The best tees I've ever bought. I can't believe it's taken me this long to find a company that makes high quality, 100% cotton tees that are so reasonably priced! Absolutely love the ethos behind this company and the customer service has always been fantastic. Highly recommend everyone tries it!
Sadly, due to their poor customer service response to my emails (no reply on multiple occassions), I have decided to update my previously very positive review. As before, their T-Shirts are of a good quality and lovingly packed. It was a pleasure to receive their merchandise, even with a personal note on occassions :-) They clearly have stock issues and a fairly limited range. I used to order from them every month (as I had a promotional code), but they no longer seem they want to honour this any more - even though they have raised their prices. £20 to me is far too much for a standard light T-Shirt.
