They don’t make the cover! Read to buy direct and skip the middle man-Save money!
Super easy process and the cover arrived within 30 days! However, Cover Brothers didn’t make my cover. The packaging slip said Prestige Spa Covers out of Florida. Googled them got a website and could have ordered through them direct for about 175 dollars cheaper and free shipping. Cover Brothers charged me 50 dollars for shipping!

I rcv confirmation for my order with a tracking #, but all I could access was info about the shipping company, why? I had to call you and was told that I needed to go to a specific web site to access my shipping info. Why would you not send the customer info that is usable. Sad.
