The cover arrived very quickly. The fit and feel of the cover is amazing. And the look of it is perfect.

We ordered two covers, medium for my wife’s bike and a large for my bike. Unfortunately even a large was too small for my bike (Honda Goldwing). I enquired back in 2022 to ensure what I would order was correct. Was confirmed, but unfortunately after recently ordering and received, they had reduced the size of the large cover. Doesn’t make sense to me. They were prompt in following up my email concern and confirmed they could make a custom cover, but with an additional extra over cost. As far as the quality of product goes, happy with it and I like that it’s a snug fit and follows the bike shape.
EDITTED: After the continued communication with the Cover Shop, they were very upfront with ensuring I was satisfied with my cover. They quickly got to work with manufacturing a larger cover that would fit and shipped the new one out to me with a pre paid satchel to send the original one back. No additonal cost to me, even though I put a small tear in the original cover trying to fit it to my bike. Customer service and client satisfaction has been exceptional. Thank you Louis Queenin and Timm Wohlers for your assistance.

Ordered a cover and it didn't match the description, contacted them and they sent a different one straight away. New cover was exactly what i was expecting. Great cover and great customer service. Definitely recommend.

After almost purchasing a genuine BMW cover for my M2 I was so happy to come across the Australian Cover Shop.

After several chats I purchased the medium Sleeping Bag for my 2016 M2. Tight fit was an understatement but so glad I was advised to get Medium as it now fits like a glove and protect my car perfectly

I like the cover , well made fits good , easy to store in bag that comes with cover when not in use , I like how it is machine washable and that The Cover Shop has stock in its warehouse ready to ship and not shipped from overseas so was delivered quickly and well packaged - great customer service I recommend them.
