The Crafters Shop Reviews

Great customer service and extremely quick delivery. Very pleased. Will be back again without a doubt. Highly recommended.

I have been using the crafters shop over the last few years now, and I can't fault them, quality of ingredients, customer services all of it is of the highest standard, the team are always happy to help.

I had been with another supplier until I found The Crafters Shop. What a night & day difference! Saul, Natalie & Anne are so friendly & helpful, they really go above & beyond in customer service. They genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their products is superb and fairly priced. I rarely leave reviews but I'm so impressed with TCS it would almost be unfair not to. TCS is like a hidden gem who unlike previous supplier (think down south) are friendly, extremely approachable, attentive to a customers questions & extremely supportive in their help. Thank you so much to all at TCS, you have a customer for life.

Quality product (which I was having difficulty finding elsewhere). Great price and packaging and fast delivery. Will definitely use The Crafters Shop again.

I have recently purchased their natural #1 assessment for mp soap and I'm happy with it. Support from the staff is amazing. They were available to reply to my queries at odd hours too which is very impressive.

Love The Crafters Shop

I have used them for several assessments for my new business. Their service is first class. Great products/ingredients and super fast delivery. Highly recommend

Thank you to everyone at The Crafters Shop

Kind Regards
Lorraine

I have shopped with this company for several years and have always found their customer service and products outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble and dispatch super speedy. Highly recommended.

The Crafters shop is one of my go to for soaping assessments and ingredients.
I love shopping here because I know I am going to receive the best customer service, everything is packaged nicely without waste.

Anne goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. The best part is her Facebook page, if there are any issues going on with stock she will let us know so if we have to wait a few days more its ok.... we are supporting a family run business.

Thank you Anne and team. X
