Hi I'd just like to say how delighted I was to receive the two glass tankards I'd ordered recently.

I can't thank Clare enough for doing my old station crest 'RAF COLTISHALL" for me. It was a spur of the moment thing that I called her, and within minutes an image was found and the order placed !

To say that I'm pleased is an understatement, and I can't recommend The Crafty Black Dog enough for there quality of product, and attention to detail.

Had a good experience buying from this company. Products are really nice quality & the packaging was really secure. Bought two drinking glasses and they were both wrapped in a thick layer of air-cushioned material. Would definitely buy from The Craft Black Dog again if I ever have the need.
