I sent an order at 7pm last night due to a cancellation and the cravery were able to make a batch of cupcakes with a topper for 9am the next day - they are so fantastic thank you so much for the hard work and great service!!!!

We ordered a custom cake for a very special occasion and shared a reference picture beforehand. The cake we received looked nice and it was delivered safely and on time, which we appreciate.

However, it was quite different from the design we had requested. We were expecting something much closer to that design.

The buttercream was also extremely sweet to the point where it was hard to enjoy and it had a slightly unusual smell, which was disappointing given how important the occasion was for us.

While we’re thankful for the timely and safe delivery, overall the experience didn’t meet our expectations.

Update: After posting this review, the owner contacted me and acknowledged that there was a mistake on their side and said a 20% refund would have been offered for the order.

However, I was later told that because I had already posted a negative review, they were not willing to offer any refund/discount. I found that response unprofessional, especially since my review was fair and I clearly mentioned the positives (safe and on-time delivery).

We later had a phone call to resolve it, but the issue still wasn’t handled in a satisfactory way, and the refund was declined.

I understand mistakes can happen, but the way a complaint is handled afterwards matters too.

Only the cream tasted great, but the cake bread was not good.

I love the cake and my friends were all saying, beautiful cake . It seems the cake was more beautiful than the person holding it . Lol

The staff team have a good online chat and communication arrangement.

I ordered a cake just the day before my son’s birthday party and because of the above I was able to order and collect the very next morning.

Also, the website makes it easy to personalise the cake the way you want it.

I will definately use TheCravery again.

Called me right after placing order to advise on delivery/collection. Cakes arrived on time, with a leaflet of offers/deals. Cake was 10/10 and I'll definitely be ordering with them in the future

I ordered a custom cake from Ireland for a book launch in Birmingham. Using WhatsApp made the whole process simple, Joanne guided me through the options, and I could easily share graphics and design ideas, with everything saved to refer back to.

The cake itself was perfect. It looked absolutely beautiful and tasted even better. It was the ideal combination of style and flavour, and everyone at the event commented on how good it was. I couldn’t have been happier with it. Thank you

I always love buy my cakes from yourselves. And your always so helpful they always answer any questions I have straight away. last year my older disabled children actually participate in their little sisters birthday because of the beautiful cake that they had made for her, when normally they would hid away in a quiet corner. It was a extra special day for us in a home and I couldn't be more grateful for your hard work. My kids are actually looking forward to this year's cake aswell
