Predatory
So I saw all the amzing reviews and decided to give this service a shot, having experienced horrible credit report services in the past. Everything was easy to sign up, 4 months in, there was no significant change on the inquiries and stuff. I think they were removing like 1 inquiry every 2 months, so I decided to cancel and that's when the game started. They will do anything in this world to manipulate you to stay. After requesting cancellation for the 2nd time, the agent pressured me to accept one month free and after that if i want to cancel I can go ahead. When the free unsolicited time elasaped, I requested cancelation, only for them to tell me, oh you owe us $97 you must pay before we cancel your account. If that's not the highest level of predatory, I don't know what else to call it.
Update: Company reached out to have this resolved after this review.
