I reached out to the owner to request to have fragrance added due to the fragrance being almost non-existent once applied. The owner responded telling me I can purchase a bigger bottle or traveling size. Why would I do that? It has been 10 days since I purchased Golden Hour scent. Either or I will not be returning to this business. I am not willing to purchase another bottle when I only requested to have fragrance added to the bottle I purchased already. This is bad customer service.

I had a wonderful experience when purchasing the product I met the owner she and her sister were very helpful the customer service was excellent. I was well-informed about the product. I love the product after getting home I began to use it and it keeps my scalp moisturized I'm well pleased with my purchase due to online I've paid twice as much for the same amount of product that they were offering.
