It is disgraceful the clients have to…

It is disgraceful the clients have to pay for shore excursions over a year before they happen. You have not yet incurred any costs, this is just a money grabbing exercise. There are no costs so far out, if there were, you only need a small portion not 100% of the cost.

From the time we enquired about the trip our consultant was very professional in assisting us all the way with our enquiries, etc. We were confident that we would enjoy our trip and without hesitation made a firm booking.
Would recommend The Cruise Cafe for holiday bookings.

Good food very busy area

The food was good service was a bit slow however they were very busy we enjoyed the wait

Fantastic trip across Australia

Fantastic trip across Australia with friends. There were multiple tours included. Great hotel in Perth (The Mantra), wonderful tours of Rottnest and the Swan River Valley.
Staff were excellent on the phone, extremely helpful. Then the Indian Pacific trip home was breathtaking with the side tours, entertainment, food, drinks, and great staff again.

I would rather review our trip and your bookings etc after the trip, right now we don’t know if it will go ahead and if not I will be reviewing you on how you deal with refunds etc. Three stars for the booking

We can't rate the cruise as it is more…

We can't rate the cruise as it is more than a year away. The consultant was very friendly and helpful with our booking. At this point we aren't counting our chickens because we had two cruises cancelled last year.
