From forgetting to put in my fabric choice for the front of the taggiez blanket. I contacted the company because I had not received my order. They responded the next working day , once I had told them what I wanted the blanket was made and delivered to me 2 days later. Absolutely excellent service,and so pleased with it. The fabric is so soft, I'm sure my granddaughter will love it.

Would give 5 stars because the blanket is gorgeous but they muddled my daughters name with another little ones blanket. Once they were made aware of the error it was corrected very quickly

Bought a newborn blanket and it has been one of the best purchases I’ve made, it’s the perfect size to go over him in his car seat.
Definitely recommend, the product quality is excellent.

I messaged them on Facebook before I ordered. They were prompt at replying and helpful. I then placed my order and paid for Next Day delivery. Very quick. The Cuddle Blanket is so lovely. And its really soft. Best blanket ive ever bought. And I love the personalisation on it. I will definately order again

I bought one of the personalised taggiez for my baby grandson. It is beautiful, so nicely made. My grandson loves it.

Swaddle blanket smaller than expected but good quality.
Zip lock plastic bag disappointing, it's a gift so thought it would be better packaged.
Took a time to get dispatched, so had to chase, but response was quick.

I absolutely love the blanket as does my daughter Aoife. It is so lovely not only to look at but also as there are so many different textures for her to play with. Inevitably she tries to eat all the tabs on the blanket! So happy with the blanket and would definitely recommend.

Have ordered 4 blankets for cuddle company so far, each one has been amazing, they feel and look fantastic, the quality is amazing and all still going strong an as fresh upto 5 years later, definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a personalised blanket

I’ve brought all my babies a personalised blanket and have never been disappointed! Loved every single one! I entered a draw and won a free blanket and literally had that the next week, stuck to their word and made another beautiful blanket for my daughter, they never disappoint and they always deliver right on time! Always super happy and there communication is always fantastic, will continue to buy all my blankets here, quality is fantastic! My first born is nearly 3 years old and had a blanket when she was newborn and it’s still like brand new. Always super happy!

amazing quality and great customer servise

I bought 3 taggies for my son 5 years ago when he was born. (So I had spares etc) He loved his 'blue taggie' was never bothered by the other 2. My older daughter loved his taggie so I also bought her one as she had always had a Teddy that she loved.

Unfortunately my son lost his blue taggie when he was away work his dad. My son was so upset and so was I. So I ordered a new one identical. Only difference was it was bigger than the original (which I was unaware of until it arrived) but what a bonus! My son was over the moon to have his beloved blue taggie back! And I teared up seeing how happy he was. Reunited with his favourite thing in the world but bigger and better. They really are rhe most precious thing. Amazing quality and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you for making a little boy so very very happy. 💙

I’m still yet to receive my item!!
After it got delivered last Friday and was left in my bin outside for 5 hours when returning home from work it was no longer there, I emailed the company and I am still yet to get a reply back off them!! I have now had to go to another company and buy another personalised blanket because of the time it’s taking them to reply! Absolutely shocking

The blanket is amazing I wish they did adult versions so soft fabric Is lovely quality only gave a 4* star as it took more than 10 days to come I emailed with no reply had to email a second to which I got a response. I've ordered another one though hoping it's not as long as the first time 🤞
