Curls? What curls?
The product arrived late, apparently due to Covid and Christmas -although the company did respond to my emails.
The product itself looks good but really does not work very well. My hair curls easily but I had to go over the strands again and again to even get a hint of a curl. It can also only take a very small amount of hair each time. To do a full head would take more than an hour - which defeats the whole point of it!

Impossible to contact anyone - poor
After a delay we finally received our curler. Thankfully I checked it and found that it was damaged where the charger cable goes in.
When I emailed I got no response, despite 3 emails to them. I am waiting for either a replacement or a refund but now don’t know what to do for my daughters Christmas present as I don’t know if I'll get a replacement or refund.
Poor poor customer service.

Trying to get a refund for an item I paid for from The curler.co.uk. This item has not been delivered, Hermes delivery courier still has not received it, and for days now I am trying to chase up my refund as The Curler have failed to supply and delivery. Do not buy from this company.
