This was my 3rd time placing an order with the currency club . I personally wouldn't use any one else now . All 3 times they have done everything they said they would do . Confirmation of my order came through very quickly ,followed by a teatime email the night before dispatch. This email gives you your Royal mail 24 hr tracking details . This is a superb service ,everything runs very smoothly . You can even request how you would like your notes , like small notes large or mixed notes . Every time they have honoured my request for which notes I would like . Keep up the good work and don't change ,because for me you are doing everything right .Thank you ☺️

The currency club had the best exchange rate for order and delivery and very apprehensive about ordering a large amount online for delivery in case it went missing but we had no issues. The order came the following day.

The Currency Club…
We have been using The Currency Club for a number of years and have always found their website easy to use. Their rates are competitive and cheaper than on the high street. Delivery has been excellent with a choice of dates offered and via the Royal Mail our delivery has always been as scheduled. An email/text is posted by the Royal Mail early on the date of delivery detailing the delivery slot.
Will certainly continue to use them again.

Good customer service, fast and fair exchange rates
My first time using The Currency Club.
I had two relatives visit who had brought US dollars to the UK, obviously not understanding how much high street places charge to buy foreign currency.
Some of the notes were old (1996 series) so I checked with the customer services before sending them. Leo replied promptly asking for photos, he then confirmed the notes were acceptable.
The process was rapid and quite straight forward and resulted in a significantly better exchange rate than the Post Office or supermarkets.
I would definitely use the service again if needed.
