horrible support
I reached out to support about a sizing list. Because in so many places, a size 6 shoe means one thing, but it means a completely different size elsewhere. So if you are going to order online, you NEED a sizing list. A page that says small is this measurement, medium is these measurements, etc. For clothing, shoes, etc, anything that comes in more than one size, you need a sizing list. I reached out to support on December 5th, hoping to get a reply in a timely fashion so that I could make an order. It is now January 4th, still no reply. So, unless the item you are ordering from this company is something where size does not matter, like jewelry, I would not order from this company at all. Because if you order something and their version of size Y is different than the size Y you need, good luck getting your money back, or getting an exchange, since it takes over a month for support to reply. Reminder, they still have not replied to me, so yeah.
Edit: This is a genuine review, and I have a screenshot of the chat with support where the bot says a person will get back to me in a few hours, and that it is the end of the conversation, and it shows the date that was sent and my current date. However, there seems to be no way to submit screenshots.
