It has been comprehensive, starting with an hour or so Skype 'interview' to talk about my job history, knowledge and strengths. Lynn is really easy to talk to, and extracted things from me I didn’t realise I knew, or didn’t realise were important. Lynn also reviewed some applicable job adverts, to identify the key skills employers are looking for.

From this Lynn produced a first draft, which following only a couple of minor, technical modifications became my new CV.

- step 1 - I sent her multiple versions of my CV + jobs I have applied to
- step 2 - we had skype call (around 1.5h) to discuss each past role and to make sure she understood what I'had done
- step 3 - I received first draft of the CV
- step 4 - second draft (after my review and comments)
- step 5 - I was happy with the CV, but for sure I could have asked for another review if it would have been required.
