The iPhone cases cannot accommodate any charges except Apple ones. Anker, ATT, do not fit. I brought this to their attention, they refused to credit me. They also refuse to disclose this on their website description

I recently purchased a phone case from TDE, hoping for a sleek and durable product. Initially, the case looked great, but within the week, it started showing significant wear and tear. It became scuffed, marked, and overall horrible to look at. The outer coating of the faux leather just totally rubbed away on every contact area. The case looks tatty as if I’d have had it for years! The quality was disappointingly cheap, far below what I expected for the price. It is literally not fit for purpose and is quite frankly, cheap crap which they are marking incredibly high.

To make matters worse, when I reached out to their "customer service" team for assistance, they did nothing to resolve the issue. There was no effort to address my concerns or offer a solution. It's incredibly frustrating to spend money on a product that not only fails in terms of quality but also lacks any form of customer support. They were totally unhelpful which is why not only would I never stop here again, but I am now even more inclined to leave a poor review.

I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this company unless you want to be stuck with a dreadfully cheap product and unhelpful customer service. I will never shop here again.

I’ve bought from TDE for years and always found their products extremely high quality. Had an issue with a bag I recently purchased that was faulty, and after reading the reviews here I didn’t like my chances and to be honest had really low expectations. However after sending an email with photos and proof of purchase I got a prompt and helpful response giving me a credit note for the faulty item. Isabella was amazing and so lovely to deal with, I was actually blown away with how well they resolved this issue and will most definitely continue as a customer.

Would not recommend. Not clear advertising on site, personalisation wears quickly and poor customer support

Contacted TDE as a customer who has purchased many many items. The zipper broke on a product that has had minimal use. Photos were provided, but receipt was not as it was given as a gift. I politely asked the Customer Service team if they would consider replacing the item. Not only did they refuse, but they basically accused me of "wear and tear". I resupplied photos so they could see the product was otherwise in excellent consition, and asked them if they wanted to discuss with their quality control team or if the would prefer me to write an honest review of the product. Their customer service was appalling, and the quality of their recent products even worse. Wont buy from them again and strongly discourage other people from wasting their money. Really sa to see a once excellent company treat loyal customers like this.

I ordered the Nikon Z fc camera bag - specifically designed for this camera model.

The bag is too small and doesn't properly fit the camera. You can force it shut but the bag becomes distended and it's hard to wrestle it in and out. Not how the pictures look at all.

I contacted tde about this and the overall summary of their response was 'we've sold a lot of these bags and no one else had this issue so we're not gonna do anything about it' as if the sheer fact that no one else reported this counteracts the photos and video I sent them. Also the fact that others may have bought it for smaller camera models. And yes I was using it with the exact camera model and lens as listed on their site. Appalling response.

On top of that, the embossing is low quality and the camera strap is too long (bounces around) and thick (irritates the neck). Overall the product wasn't fit for purpose. An expensive first and last experience with tde.

I love the saffiano leather wrapped phone case for iPhone 13 max pro. High quality personalised phone case with great colour selection. Customer service is top of the class, KoKo is a legend, she assisted my issue quickly, and offered appropriate solution. Postage is super fast (I’m in metro Sydney) and I have got nothing bad to say about TDE. In fact I have recommend TDE to a couple of fam & friends already.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. VERY disappointed as I order a ‘leather’ phone case. After having the phone case for 3 days the bottom corners started to chip and fall apart. I contacted TDE and they blamed it on me and asked 101 questions yet I am still waiting for a response to what can be done. I will NEVER order again with the terrible experience and unprofessional workers they have.

There seems to be several negative experiences associated with TDE recently.

However, I bought the Pale Pink Cardholder Keychain from them recently and it has been nothing but great. Ordered on a Saturday and received it on Wednesday. This is considered speedy in the midst of a pandemic and it was shipped to Singapore.

I have no issues that the product is made in China. The handicraft is good and the monogram is beautifully made.

Low-quality product with bad return policy and warranty. I took a month for my phone to peel with normal wear. They won't do anything about damages, they will make you ship it back for them to assess it and maybe try to fix it... horrible.

Incredible product - arrives super quickly, high quality and 10/10 - genuinely really impressed with the entire process. Right down to the packaging, you're always pleasantly surprised opening a TDE box.
