I ordered just before Ramadan four boxes plus delivery and Ramadan is over still not received my dates or a refund they do not reply to anything. This is so bad!

Total scam / such a shame
I gave the order on February, 11th.
Paid £7.99 for the shipping. It’s been more than 4 weeks, didn’t receive the items,
Sent messages to the customer service several times, no one got back to me.
Very dissapointing.

Ants infested dates
Ants infested dates. These dates are stored in volunteer homes for weeks with no food safety or hygiene standards considered. I opened a brand new box and it was full of ants. I threw it outside immediately. They refused to offer a refund because apparently I should have kept the ant infested box in my home. Had to message on instagram to even get a reply from them. I understand the money goes to charity, but it's the principle. Poor customer service and questionable food hygiene standards with their use of random volunteer homes. No accountability taken for this. Please invest in more ethical charities who have the correct infrastructure ture in place for food hygiene.

Never received my order. Poor service.
They stated in their website that orders before 31st January get delivered by 6th February. I ordered on 27th January and still didn't receive anything by the 17th February which is the day we were going away and the dates were supposed to be a present we intended to take with us. Extremely disappointed.
