Never use this scam company 4 weeks still waiting on withdrawal

LETS START WITH AN AGENT TOOK UPON THEMSELVES TO ADD A PROMO TO MY DEPOSIT WITHOUT MY CONSENT. GO TO MAKE A WITHDRAWAL AND CANT BECAUSE OF SOME SCUMBAG ADDED SOMETHING WITHOUT MY PERMISSON. I NEVER ASKED FOR A PROMO NEVER SAID WAS INTERESTED. THEN I AM TOLD BY THIS AGENT THAT ITS MY FAULT?!?! HOW THE @#$%? THEY ARE NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS AND THIEVES. DO NOT GO TO THIS SITE THEY WILL DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO SCREW YOU OVER!

I'm surprised a lot of the feedback on here is poor, as my experience has been nothing short of excellent.

I purchased two sets of 3 bracelets in July last year, plus another individual piece, and the quality and value for money are fantastic. I get loads of comments and everyone thinks they are high-end jewelry.

After more than 12 months, I had an issue with one piece this past weekend and after emailing support had a speedy reply from Clark who immediately sent a replacement.

You can't ask for better customer service than that and I will continue recommending DG to my family and friends.

If you want expensive designer label jewellery, sure head to a jeweler and pay the price tag, but DG has a top product, that is priced well and with stunning designs that you'll be sure to get people commenting on.

So this is going to be a long one.
I ordered my bracelets on the 6th of March and have had extended email conversation with Clark B from DaVinci Gold and he answered my questions on a daily basis.
Top marks on that.
I ordered the Lion set gold and the Royal Skull set. All bracelets should have been in the biggest available size but I read the small print and could already see that one bracelet would never fit. Nevertheless I sent the order.
I received the goods on Friday but as I was travelling, only opened the package today.
The bracelets came each in its own plastic bag, all in a bigger black bag marked DaVinci Gold.
The bracelets:
the Lion bracelets are fine, slightly tight, but with some wear and tear I am sure they will be perfect. The bracelet is made of stones and not plastic.
The skull bracelet is perfect, reason being that it is on a rope pulley system so it can expand to a big size.
The other two bracelets that came with the skull bracelet are small for my wrist (even the one that is open so my son will get those).
Correction: the bracelet in the skull series with roman numerals has a clasp! Size is perfect on me (192 mm wrist).
Is it worth the price? It is a tough one but I would say if like me you are ok with not all the bracelets being spot on in the fitting and maybe not as 'wow' looking as in the pictures, then I think yes. If you expect all the bracelets to be bang on in detail and fit, then why are you shopping online? Nearest jewelry shop would be your best bet.
All in all 4 out of 5 stars for the service and for having 4 out of 5 bracelets which I can wear and which look absolutely fine.

Disappointed does not go far enough. I purchased three bangles as Christmas gifts for family members. One of the three has failed and is broken beyond repair after wearing it on three separate occasions. I add it could be the same for the other two but I am not aware as those who have the gifts live overseas and I have not spoken with them!
I am told that as the 14day refund period has elapsed they can do nothing other than giving me a discount for my next purchase. Why would I ever buy anything from this company again!?

Hi i bough a mans set of bracelets they arrived in December far to small i sent them a email they said send it back and they would replace it with a bigger set.This was the first week of January i sent them another email they said that they have not received enything back,I then sent another email with the proof of postage. They sent me another email they still haven't received enything but they would send me two new bracelet still nothing has come looking at my tracking hermes has not received enything. I really think that this company is a scam i will advise enyone having pop ups on face book from this company keep well away you wont have your money back they are just a fraud .

My name is Jayne goodman and I ordered from this company.I eventually got in touch with this company and asked where is my order? Eventually they replied saying your package was refused and so it was returned to us.That is a blatant lie. The package never arrived.They then said I would have to pay $15 to have my order resent.I explained that the package was never refused and that it was a gift.I asked them for a refund so they deducted the shipping amount from my order as if this was my fault!! Disgusting!

Paid for item, then Hermes lost it, no refund and no bracelet! Scam artists

I found the quality of this product to be great. I only wear this type of men's bracelets. I have purchased from Nordstrom and some other stores and these sets are among the best of my collection. I have purchased 8 sets based on them giving me discounts. I love them, because they are unique and I get lots compliments. They do have an issue with size. They sent me the wrong size on one of my bracelets, but that is out of 8. I am working to resolve. My wife purchased some from one of those beach places as a gift, and they don't compare. Love this product. The Amsterdam part is accurate, but I knew that up front, and have not had issues with receiving my products. The price can't be beat compared to some other designers bracelets that will charge $200 for one bracelet.

Worst purchase ever, bought from the men's?, Collection so9ze was ridiculously small and nothing like the video. Could not open the " gold,bangle".
Other two bracelets absolutely rubbish, agaiñ child sized" again unable to unfasten..

Avoid this rip off company

If you live in Amsterdam, that might be your vendor of choice....I am in the USA, so if you want to replace or return, good luck! You will pay more in postage then you spent on this cheap jewelry that photographs very well....but when it arrives, its a rude awakening...very cheap pieces, which you can buy for no more than half price from even beach vendors....
Stay away from these products and company....

My order never arrived, when I contacted them about the lack of delivered they simply told me it had been delivered and there was nothing they could do.

I bought a bracelet set one full metal the other beaded. The beaded one broke about a 2 months later. The bracelet was strung by a cheap material that didn't hold up very well and not long. I wrote in to complain about it, they pretty much said I was S.O.L. Didn't offer to re-string it, fix it or send me another. I would NEVER buy from then again.

I bought 5 bracelets. 1 broke immediately. This company is managed by 4-5 countries. The page was created 6/2020 after I purchased the bracelets. The quality was sub par on the one that broke and have had issues, not breaking, but easily falling off my wrist. They took 3 months to respond to my first message sending pic which also shows the issues.

They first said they'd replace it after seeing pics but it's now 6 months later and they say they won't.

Some of these Comments are false! I received my bracelet in expected time 10-20 days because I'm in the united states. Than the quality is very nice. I highly recommend this company.

Bracelets did not fit. They were so tight they stopped the blood circulation and were hard to get back off!! These are not for men, more like kids sizes. The company does not advertise they are in Amsterdam, (I am in the UK) there is no phone number anywhere and they emailed saying returns have to be sent to Amsterdam at large cost. Customs insist on phone number for paperwork purposes but they don't have one. Have asked them to ring me to no avail.
ABSOLUTE SCAM ARTISTS - so annoying

Nowhere near as good as the pics suggest. Pretty cheap looking and really very small. None of the three I ordered fit my wrist…not even close. They fit my small-framed wife quite nicely but she wasn’t impressed enough with the quality to bother!

loved all my bracelets.
got quite a few now. will buy more.
