I've been a member for roughly a week now. after watching months of videos online. so far I've been welcomes with open arms. the training videos are very thorough and meaningful. Gabe and his team truly do want to see the members of the community grow and thrive through dedication, education, and team relations.

i strong recommend joining the community if your interesting is multi family investment, weather its wholesaling, value add, syndication, or just a funds/investor. this community does it all!

I have been a member of the Deal Room for only a few weeks. In that short period I have taken advantage of the coursework and tools. I have been able to speak one on one with Gabe, outside of the weekly calls. The organization and community that he and his team have built is top-notch. Fair, honest and no focus on selling more advanced courses (though there are additional courses that are worth the cost if you prefer one on one coaching). I have taken other courses and I can say with confidence that this community is committed and focused on teaching, networking and you as a Member. Their whole team at TDR is focused on YOUR success and not on THEIR success. Good job Gabe and Team.

Although I have just recently joined this community, I have already seen the difference between the deal room and other programs that are out there. I’ve attended a few other programs that like to just give you little nuggets and then tell you they’re gonna charge a whole bunch of money to give you the real information. The deal room and Gabe’s program is not that way, there’s very valuable information in what he gives you for a very minimal fraction of the price. Another thing that stood out to me is I actually got a real call from Gabe himself. Shows involvement, caring about the community members. I’m very excited to see how this will turn out I think I might’ve found the community I needed to be in. Highly recommend.

I have been a member of The Deal Room since March of 2025. I joined because I liked the concept of doing weekly deal reviews and learning how to underwrite deals correctly.

What I found was an environment that went far beyond that.

The progress I have made on my multifamily journey since I joined has been fantastic. This is no small undertaking, and I am in a group that is laser-focused on doing things right.

One of the best, and maybe underrated aspects of being part of The Deal Room, is the focus they put on intentional networking with other members. This alone has been worth the price of admission. I have made contacts within this group that I know I can count on when I have questions on any area of multifamily, from underwriting to creative financing to property management to exit strategies.

I have found the weekly deal reviews to be very useful as well. Every time we go through one, I learn a new technique or approach that I can use on my deals.

This has also proven to be a great place to perfect my presentations to Investors and to Brokers. The real-time feedback can be sharp, but it helps me improve my skills and my odds at closing a deal.

This is a group that actually does deals, unlike other programs I have been involved with. We have everybody from absolute newbies to seasoned pros, and everyone helps each other out. I have seen many deals close between members over the last 10 months. People in this group are in it to win it, not just talk about it.

The tools and training I have been given have been incredibly beneficial. I now feel very comfortable in my abilities to underwrite any property and have the peace of mind knowing that I can submit my plan for review to our in-house pro before sending out an LOI.

I am at the point now where I am very comfortable having discussions with Brokers, Lenders, Owners, and Investors. I am continuously building my network in my target market, following the game plan that The Deal Room has laid out. I feel very confident that I know what I am doing and have the support of this community when I need it. This isn’t just a training program or a chat site, these people are part of my team now.

Gabe Bowling, Founder of The Deal Room, runs a tight knit real estate investor community where people are learning and doing, not just learning. My name is Lucas Selga, this is an absolutely amazing group that Gabe has put together here. Im 25 and joined last year around August. I was able to close my biggest deal ever - 28 units for $3.5m through investor connections I made inside gabes group - specifically on the zooms he hosts for people to pitch deals.
