Jensen, my consolidation specialist shared his own life experiences with debt and it made me feel more at ease. By the end of the call, I could see my wishes of retiring a possibility. I also have piece of mind knowing I'm going to have extra money for repairs, vet bills, car bills and anything else life might bring.

Customer service is top notch. I don't think it would be possible for Glenn Hong to have been more supportive, understanding and patient with me. He was beyond helpful and kind as he guided me through the process and thoroughly explained the program. Even though I'm at the very beginning of this, I already feel the backpack of boulders has been lifted from my back and I can breathe again. I have hope once more; that is a huge gift.

The ad is VERY misleading. Yes the company helps people in debt but not because I'm a teacher and there isn't anything special they do for teachers. Nothing extra came out of me being a teacher. It's too bad you have to bait people this way knowing they are in debt to get them in. I will say the company it took me to was helpful but still nothing special offered because I'm a teacher.

The representative was a human being. I mean that it wasn't pushing buttons and I wasn't put on hold. He was very understanding and empathetic. He was very transparent about the cost and because I am a teacher there wasn't a cost. (Fee was waived) he was very accurate about explaining the entire process and walk me through the entire protocol. I highly recommend "teacher debt relief" there is no reason with this economy to try and tackle this on your own.
