Delighted

Placed the order easily, the rug was at a good price. Contacted the company to find out about delivery after 14 days. I was particularly impressed with the courteous, informative and immediate response to the email I had sent. The rug arrived well wrapped up and delivered exactly at the time I expected.

Really good, would use again but don't worry if tracking doesn't recognise you for a couple of hours.

Really good response. Delivered in timely way. Worth trying to resolve minor issue though: email from Decorators store said my order was on it's way, click here to view. Clicked on view but tracking number wasn't recognised. After couple of hours of same thing had to chase delivery company. They said they didn't have an order for me in their system. Concerned, I emailed Decorators Store and they got back saying it had only just been packed and was just ready to leave so wouldn't yet show on delivery company's system. Minor issue but better if email doesn't go out until it is genuinely ready. Wonder what drives this? Resolving this would avoid unnecessary customer chase ups and staff time. Would use again though.

My experience was not the best as my …

My experience was not the best as my item was delivered a couple of days late. Apparently the couriers were at fault. However, i informed Thedecoratorstore and they took full controll and had my item delivered by a different courier overnight. I would buy from this company again as they did all they could to help in every possible way and in a very friendly manner.

Excellent communication

Excellent communication, excellent service. I got a good reduction in price in the sale, I have been watching this rug on line with several companies for over a year, so I pounced as soon as I saw the sale price. I am delighted with the product. Also very good service to N Ireland - we are often treated badly in terms of delivery costs, not so with this company. So thank you.
