The company promises delivery in 5-7 business days. However, I ordered 60$ worth of products from them on Aug 9th. They told me it was delayed because of holidays in India but promised it would definitely be shipped by aug 15th. It is Aug 21st and it still shows processing and not shipped. This was my first and last experience with them, but I'll suggest that you exhaust other options before ordering from them.

I got supplements which was opened already. When I contacted customer support, they asked for an unboxing video, which does not make any sense. Why would someone make an unboxing video without knowing that something can be wrong?

Unfortunately a complete scam. I ordered a product and they sent me a different one. I contacted them and they admitted they had used the wrong product information on their site, but still wanted me to pay to get the product I ordered. I then proposed to return what they sent me, to finally get them to send what I ordered. It has now been 3 weeks and multiple efforts to contact them and they have not provided a single reply. I have now wasted lots of money and energy and all I have is a bunch of products I need to give away. Really beyond unacceptable and I would advise everyone to think twice before ordering from here.

Service unsurpassable & great quality product

This is my second order with thedesifood.com. The experience is quite opposite than the first delivery. The order was delivered properly and the products were nicely packed. I am satisfied with it.
