Climbing the proverbial ladder found me on top of the wrong hill discovering success to be quite hollow living a life completely out of balance.
The Complete Self-Awareness Package provides useful tools for some humbling self-reflection. The material is accessible and encouraging yet dense and meaty in terms of being well researched, considered and constructed. It’s thought provoking and skilfully leads through to an outcome that hones in on priorities, strengths and skills in a way that makes change and growth feel attainable. This transition tool came at the perfect time and in retrospect, I’d have benefited from this reassessment sooner and much more often.
The core exercises identified key areas I’d only vaguely paid attention to. This very practical package gave me a language, a clarity, and the conviction to implement an action plan to work towards a more balanced and fulfilling second act. Who I am now, is not who I was when I started. Thank you.
