Fast delivery, amazing looking dice, total value for money

I have had them mess up which dice I was given on multiple occasions. However their customer support has great each time, they respond in a timely manner and let me keep the wrong set that was given and another time paid for first class delivery to get me the right set in time for a birthday. The dice themselves I've been happy with.

The dice and the box that it came in were lovely, and we were very pleased with our purchase, overall. However, the glass container (?chalice?) that was contained in the box was shattered during shipping, which was disappointing and difficult to clean out (all of the small shards were embedded in the velvety lining of the box). Also, it appears that some of the dice were scratched (by the larger pieces of glass, perhaps), which was disappointing.

I preordered some dice that ended up getting delayed in production for improvements. Super prompt, polite and personal (not just a canned response) customer service correspondence when I inquired about the status of one of my orders. Product was beautiful, no flaws, and extremely well-packaged including special commemorative items and box. I was shocked that the glass bottle wasn’t damaged after such a long journey. Definitely will be buying from Dice Dungeon again in the future!

The dice box I got is great !
The wood box is engraved and very beautiful, the way the elements inside were presented was really nice, the dice are absolutely gorgeous !
The package was really well packed (with the wood box in two cardboard boxes and lots of padding) but sadly the glass jar the dices came in still broke in transit, so maybe be careful when opening. That's the only little downside there was, everything else was great!

This would be a 5-star review if not for the obscene volume of plastic waste involved in the packaging; every single die was individually packaged in a (thick, high-quality) resealable plastic bag, then all the smaller bags were then packaged in a larger resealable bag. I don't think I've unpackaged something with this amount of plastic since the '00s!

The metal dice themselves are great - I've had Dungeon Dice sets before and can always recommend them - and delivery was reasonably quick (3-4 days).

Originally I ordered a set of dice and a presentation box, the box sadly arrived damaged. When I contacted The Dice Dungeon about this issue they respond promptly and worked quickly to rectify the issue by sending me out a replacement in the next days post!

Unfortunately, this second box was also damaged when it arrived and upon contacting the Dice Dungeon again they were incredibly apologetic and worked with me to figure out what course of action I would like to take. I decided I didn't wish to receive a refund and instead offered to pay the difference to pay the difference to another set of dice that I liked and to even send back the box. The Dice Dungeon were incredible and in fact sent me the new dice free of charge.

I cannot speak more highly of their incredible customer service and how obvious it is that they care about the quality of goods and services they provide. I will most definitely buy from them again.

Delivery of a pre-order from some time ago - arrived safely and well packaged. Excellent quality and a great addition to my burgeoning dice collection. Hope to see more collaborations in the future.

The dice are gorgeous, really high quality. The tin is also great although it seems to dent quite easily. Definitely would buy from here again although I had hoped for more updates on the shipping date- it changed more than once and I only found out from the store website which was slow to update.

The order was delayed due to issues with the Royal Mail, but I contacted them and they got the order to me in 2 days. The dice I ordered were also amazing! Would definitely buy again.
