Paid for delivery and it came 2 weeks…
Paid for delivery and it came 2 weeks late. Ps. I emailed you on 11th and by surprise it came 3 days later. I suspect it wasn't Royal mail fault. And I never got any response to my email. Very poor communication. Would not recommend to anyone!!!

Thank you for the review and your feedback. I don’t see an email from you regarding your issues with this order so apologies if this was missed by us.
I note that you placed your order on 5th March and was dispatched by us on the same working day to Royal Mail.
Unfortunately on this occasion it appears Royal Mail didn’t scan it into their system until the 12th March and arrived with you on the 14th, 9 days (6 working days) following the order date. This is frustrating for us as it is out of our control once we have dropped it off.
We aim for customers to receive all orders by working day 5 at the latest so I’m sorry to see it arrived 1 day late compared to our website guidance.
Thanks again for the review and I hope our explanation makes sense and your dice were satisfactory.

Dice 10/10 would like an additional EU tax warning
The dice I recieved are amazing, by themselves I would deffinetly give this a five star review.
I have but one suggestion; I'm used to (if the prices are in €) assuming that this is the final price I will pay for the product. As it stands the UK left EU and of course on top of the price paid on the webside (based on the conversion rate I pressume with UK tax) I also had to pay my own country tax of 22 % of the purchase. Which is a heafty price. I know this is in my domain to keep track, but I would like there to be a reminder that additional taxes might apply. Maybe even remove UK tax if it's not relevant.

Extremely quick service
After WotC postponed the release of "The Deck of Many things", The Dice Dungeon managed to receive their copies and get mine sent to me at an extremely Quick pase. After such a long wait, I was worried how long it would take business in the UK to get it out and was met with the great surprise of only a few days
