My Account Manager Jess is very helpful
My account manager Jess is very helpful and schedules calls with me every couple of weeks. She always informs me of my rankings and performance. She is really polite and I like how she keeps a good eye on my business. She also updates my page with new pictures and videos.

Also gave me the impression they were from Google...
They cold-called my business and gave me the impression they were from Google – I am aware of these guys from previous calls and was well aware that this was actually a sales call.
The person who called also told me several inaccuracies even after I told them I have worked in SEO since 2010. They are basically an SEO company that tries and convinces you that they have some kind of special access/ownership of the Google Maps 'that they are updating' – if you don't know enough about SEO, you would be sucked in by this. They may well have successes from their SEO actions, but their sales tactics are misleading and immoral, and Google should look into them.
As stated by another reviewer, any company who employs these pressure sales tactics is not a company that I want to work with, and shame on you for being so vague and misleading in your sales call. It is not the 1980s anymore.
