Excellent. My Frenchie loves her box. I also have a bits and pieces box for my chihuahuas. They cant get enough of them. Awesome packaging. Top notch delivery

The chews themselves were great, and my puppy very happily chomped through them. The customer service inspired less pleasure. I ordered two different boxes, was charged for both and only received one. Having emailed the company almost a fortnight ago asking for either an update or a refund, I have had no reply. I'm £35 down, and cannot seem to draw a response. If there have been supply problems, that would be understandable; the radio silence on the matter is not.

Very rarely do I write reviews but I ordered the tough hairy box and it had arrived at my door in 18 hours. I and my pup was also over the moon with packaging and quality of the product. Will definitely order again in the near future.

10/10 saw adverts on Facebook/Instagram and decided to buy one for my dog, bought the dogstival show box. When it came my dog was a little unsure at first and even tried to pee on the box! But he eventually got used to it and enjoyed every single item 😊

2nd order I placed (not arrived yet) I got the bully breed box, got a phone call from some lovely woman at the company explaining some items are out of stock but she will happily replace those items with other equally tough items. On top of that she also said she will throw in some liver as a way of saying sorry/thank you for the order. Customer service is great, products are amazing can’t fault it :)

To the dog chew company - keep up the amazing work, I know Little Man (my dog) will be over the moon when his 2nd box arrives!

Easy ordering process, fast delivery, really pleased with our box. We ordered the bully box as we have an American Bully who is quite destructive when it comes to toys or other treats. We received the box over a week ago, and so far out of the 3 treats we've offered, our dog has only finished 1. So this box will last a little while. Fab value for money. Thank you

Fabulous service from The Dog Chew Company. We have an 8 week old Flat Coat Pup and almost all the products I found were for 12 weeks plus. The communication from TDCC was superb and, after checking it was suitable, I bought a puppy box. Well she absolutely loves it and the chews are clearly natural. Really pleased and will reorder.

Purchased a puppy no pork box from Dogstival for my Labrador who has a collapsed trachea. Excellent service and advice! Hes is loving the treats and chooses his for the day every other day! Being raw fed he loves his raw treats and tempted by the joint box to help with his arthritis.
