It would be considerably cheaper to buy the Scoot Solution in the larger size of pack. Although that size is always shown on the website it appears to be permanently "out of stock". Having ordered a lot of the smaller size at a reasonable discount the seller insists on trying to persuade me to add more to the basket at increasingly better discount - but none at a better rate than the original purchase. Then there was an issue with lack of supply which caused a delay of 3 weeks in the product arriving. I was notified of this but not kept updated.

They are a new company. With loads of knowledge. Very interested in the customers. Nothing is too much trouble. I did contact them the reply was prompt and helpful.

Very satisfied with my order. One of my scented sprays had leaked in the post, so l contacted the dog doctors who was more that happy to send a replacement. I am very happy with the service l received. Thank you

Product arrived very quickly and I started my itchy Lab on it immediately. He has only been taking the chews for a week and I have noticed that he isn't scratching as much already. My only problem is the price, as he is a large dog he has 6 chews a day which means the pot only lasts for 20 days. As a pensioner this amount is unsustainable on my income.

We have only used these a couple of times, but there service is excellent, and they are also very helpful with there emails they send you, asking if you need any advice on the product you have purchased, and the animal in question, overall excellent.

The No Scoot is a great product, equal to any of the costly alternatives. It does exactly what it says on the tin! The company is great with communication, they let me know that there would be a small delay and that's all it was, a matter of a few days. I will be a customer for as long as they continue to make the product and sell at such a great price point. I totally recommend them as a company and the product gets my vote too.

I am feeding as directed but has made no difference to my dog scooting so is disappointing. However the company has advised me it can take time for results so I will persevere. There is also a money back guarantee if not satisfied I am told.

I have used the Tummy Settler for my maltipoo who has the most unbelievably sensitive stomach. Huge vet bills and various medications were trialed over six months until I got fed up getting nowhere and bought this after doing a Google search for an effective remedy. This doesn't lie. This sorted him out within an hour. I had a dog that couldn't even keep water down at one point. He now has a few episodes of a gugling tummy but i give him his Tummy Settler and there are no further issues. I also use this for my 14 year old yorkie who has Cushings Disease - this brings various ailments with it as does the medication she is on, but the Tummy Settler works every time and is far easier to administer than that awful green gloop in a tube that sicks to fur and human!!
My one critism is that Customer Service do not reply. I have emailed a stock enquiry and sent two messages via their website over three weeks ago now and to date I have not had a reply.
I have also used the Coprahagia product to stop my 6 month old poochon from eating her poo. I'm not sure it has worked. I don't think she eats every poo though. I also bought the Calming Aid as she gets car sick. It didn't help.

Very happy with my purchase. I love the flea spray and it seems effective. It's a good buy too I think considering the size.

Too early to see if it's working, but on a massive plus, my dog actually likes eating them! And she's a dog that can sniff out anything meant to be good for her and refuse to eat it!

So far so good. As far as my pug is concerned, her new treats are excellent, and I have noticed more bulk in her poo which makes it easier for her to pass. After a week I think she’s also corkscrewing on the carpet much less. I will keep going with the anti-scooting stuff. It arrived very quickly and well packed.

I've bought several different products for my dog from The Dog Doctors and have always found them high quality and reasonably priced and the fact that they follow up sales with emails to see how the purchase went is a service that you don't get from large online companies. Unfortunately my dog didn't like the Fresh Breath chews but I put this down to her fussiness rather than the product itself!

Scoot Solution and Allergy Aid have both been excellent - anal glands have been a transformation and the vets have ascertained that the glands have been clear and the Allergy Aid has certainly worked to relieve the itchiness between digits. Unfortunately Fresh Breath Chews did not work as our Dalmatian refused to have anything to do with them despite their high quality ingredients but the refund on these was immediate.

All good, sort of, ordered some healthy chews for Daisy the dog to help her breath and teeth but she didn’t like them, sigh! Clearly not enough suger and naughty but nice stuff in them. Anyway I informed the company when I received a follow up re the purchase, and there was no problem. I got a full refund for the two containers even though I only returned the one that wasn’t opened. I’m sure I’ll get some takers for the others. Barbara

Very happy with the products I had, and a very quick delivery

Our 10 week old puppy was scratching & chewing himself raw. We are under the vets but regarding relief, We’d tried all we could which was not much because of his age, even piriton, but nothing gave him any relief. This product does advise 2 a day from 12 weeks but we received them when he was 11 weeks & 4 days so just gave him 1 a day for that week. He has been on them for a week now & wow what a difference. He is still slightly itchy because of his condition but he no longer scratches his self raw & wounds are healing well. I would highly recommend this product & will be using it as long as we need it. He also loves the flavour & are easy to eat.
Fast Delivery also which helps a distressed human mum & pup.
