Hi Juliette. I’m not sure if you meant to leave this review for us or for another company, as we had hoped that your issue had been resolved through our emails with yourself. As discussed in our communications with you, Royal Mail attempted to deliver your parcel on the 11 April 2022 and it is now at your local sorting office awaiting collection.
We let you know of this fact when you reached out to us, and you informed us that you are not able to arrange re-delivery or collection from your local post office and wanted us to request from Royal Mail that the parcel be sent back to us for a refund. As we explained in our email, we unfortunately cannot request that it be sent back to us as the sender of a parcel, however Royal Mail will return it to the sender after a certain amount of time and we will then happily issue you a full refund for the price of the order and the related delivery charges. We are sorry that you were unable to receive the parcel when Royal Mail attempted delivery, and that you are unable to either get it re-delivered or collected, perhaps this is an issue that you could raise with Royal Mail.
As previously discussed we’ll be happy to issue you a full refund when the item makes it way back to us. Unfortunately these things can happen and it is no one’s fault, but we are sorry that your dog didn’t get to try their yummy treats on this occasion.

He absolutely loves them!
My first order from Doggy Deli was the mixed box for little chompers. My dog absolutely loved it and I was able to decide which bits he (and I) could cope with. They do smell in the box but once you get one out it's not too bad. I keep the box in a sealed plastic bag. The 2nd order were all the bits he really loved. His particular favourites are the rabbit ears and chicken feet. I'll definitely keep ordering and know that I can cope with the smell and look of the treats (I'm a squeamish vegetarian)

My dog loves the treats we get from Doggy Deli.
My dog is so excited when packages from The Doggy Deli arrive. She really loves all the treats we get from your company, and they are very effective when we use them in her training sessions. We are also very impressed with how quickly they arrive and the quality of the protective packaging. I'm really glad that the wrapping is fairly dog-proof, but I think she would prefer to be able to open everything by herself! Thank you again for your wonderful products. 💖

Amazing! Not usually one for leaving reviews but got q mixture of things for my 2 dogs, arrived within 2-3 days of and the whole lot has gone inside of a week, never seen them so happy over food 5 stars and will become a regular customer

One happy doggy
One happy doggy, he sat like a good boy day after day for his treats and liked most of them, especially the sausages and has taken his time with the turkey neck making it last over three days. Great indicator of which treats he prefers, so I can buy a supply of them. Thanks Doggy deli

I am sorry to hear that you have not received your order. I have checked the tracking it seems that Royal Mail attempted to deliver the parcel on January 15th but no one was in, if you contact your local sorting office they should be able to assist you further and arrange a redelivery.
