The product was timely and when I questioned my product delivery I was answered straight away and I love the ducky poop holder it's too cute ,there are a lot of fun designs ,I'm hope for smiley face designs in the future all and all love dog mom store

I recently purchased a harness for my pup for Christmas, he ended up not fitting it and it was far out of the return window. I emailed anyway explaining and was able to get an exchange and had it sent out before they even received the return. The items are great quality and so adorable overall great experience.

Shipment was fast and the rubber ducky bow tie is so precious!!! He gets so many compliments on it! It is well made and has held up well! Thank you!

I ordered a few things from the Rubber Ducky collection and everything was adorable and, most importantly, well made. Extremely sturdy. I opened up my package and I was surprised to find a complimentary pink ball and laundry bag for my puppy :). When I discovered I misjudged my puppy’s size and her raincoat was a bit too snug, I emailed them and they were amazing about accommodating an exchange!!! This cute little shop’s customer service and quality of product will definitely have me returning as a customer.

I ordered several harnesses for my chiweenie. I miscalculated the size and they were too small.I contacted Penelope and she immediately told Mr no problem,she told me what to do,and they would be replaced with the larger size.
I received my new harnesses within a couple of weeks.

I have purchased several harnesses for my dog that she got out of which terrified me. I saw the harnesses from The Dog Mom Store & wrote to them. They helped me by giving me the size of a harness for my dog. I trusted her and bought the harness along with a leash to match. When the product arrived it fit perfect on my dog and she cannot wiggle out of harness.

After figuring out how to put it on and adjust it I was extremely satisfied with the quality and fit..
I feel confident that Joy can not slip her harness ,the clip on the harness also has a safety measure..

I've ordered 4 harnesses (I've got 2 dogs) from The Dog Mom Store so far and will order more in the future. Not only is the quality worth the price but the shipping is quick and the customer service is amazing! For the first time 1 harness was damaged in route. I emailed customer service and the same day they responded, sent me a return label and had a replacement already dropped off in the mail for me. I figured the replacement would come after they received the damaged one but nope. Oh and they also printed the return label and included in the replacement so I wouldn't have to worry about printing the label. It really is the little things that count and show a business cares about their customers.

I’ve used and enjoyed their products before, but this recent time, I ordered the wrong size, and the quick response time and assistance made the exchange easy.

Love, Love, Love the adventure harness I purchased. Not only is the pattern absolutely adorable, but it fits perfect, it’s super well made, shipping was fast, and the clip on the neck piece is a game changer for my big headed boy who HATED harness time. I could not be happier and will DEFINITELY order from this company again!

We really enjoy the products we have received from Dog Mom Store. Everything is adorable on our little guy (we bought multiple bow ties for his collar). The quality is always there, so 5 Stars!! If we could ask one request, it would be they were more consistent. Some of the bow ties are smaller then others, which meant we had to go get a different collar so it would fit comfortably around our guys collar.
