DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered 1 glazed door although I needed 5, as I wanted first to make sure this company is not a scam as I could not find any reviews online.

The door arrived however it came with a non-standard door lock cut already in it, which makes the door unusable.

Their customer support line is out of service. The phone number I got called from with regards to the delivery is not valid anymore. Only managed to get in touch with the driver who delivered, him being the only link to try to get back to them. Found out that this company is run by Ukranians and the doors are also brought from Ukraine, that would explain the non-standard lock cut you would not find locks for here in the UK.

Initially offered to accept the return to only never contact me again. Any effort to get in touch with any company member failed and here I am with a door that I paid £200 for and cannot use.

Learn from my experience and do not buy anything from this company.
