They can't leave me alone.
In 2020 I signed up for Dopple. I ordered a few kits and received a lot of mid to low quality clothes in sad beige colors. After a few orders and keeping only 1 item, I canceled. Afterwards, I was hounded by emails asking to come back. I would block an email and they would send more from a different address. Despite being canceled, I would also recieve random $10 charges on my card from them that sometimes would reverse itself and sometimes I had to dispute. I ended up canceling my card because of them. For 3 YEARS they would send me emails saying they couldn't process my charges. They were still trying to charge me despite the fact I wasn't subscribed.
For a while, the emails stopped. Now again in 2025, I'm receiving new emails yet again, from a new address.
It's a shame
It's a shame, because when they deliver, the clothes are really cute and the deals are decent. unfortunately, the administrative side of the company is awful. I've unsuccessfully tried to cancel and recancel service with thedopple at least 6 or 7 times. They WILL charge you and send you extra drops, regardless of whether or not you are assured your subscription was cancelled. When I saw they had been taken over by another company, I decided to give them another shot--that's how much I actually liked the clothes they sent out. Unfortunately, more of the same issues, and when I tried to reach out about an order issue, at first I got no response, and then in follow up emails I got error responses saying their customer service email address could not receive mail. More than a month after that, they tried to charge my card over $300 for a drop I never received lol. This company is an ess aych eye tee show, I hate to say it.
Do Not Give a Second Chance!
I gave the company a second chance, but I was naive. Still the same issues as before: they charge your credit card, but do not send drops!!
AVOID. You'll never get out.
Dopple presents itself as an "easy and convienent" service. BE AWARE. Once you subscribe, it's almost impossible to get out. They don't have a phone number, they don't reply to your emails... they just keep sending you clothes at random times. I have been emailing them for months and no response; I'm about to report them to the BBB.
The variety has also gotten very strange - they send QUIRKY things that kids would never wear (ie: orange cordorouy pants for my 5yo son for $50+).
Please do not sign up!
Please do not sign up! They keep charging you for your subscription, but they do not deliver your clothes. There is not way to cancel your account, or remove your CC. I have contacted the CC to dispute the charges each time. I've emailed the company 5 times with no response! Such a scam!!!!

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR DOPPLE
I was a loyal customer of The Dopple for the past few years. Discovered many new clothing brands through them, really quality items for my kids. I have to chime in with the rest of the recent reviews as of April 2023 that they have been charging my account without sending drops. Customer service is no longer responding to dispute the charges, and just got off the phone with my bank to take care of that issue. It's unfortunate they have not addressed their loyal customers. Avoid signing up if you have not already!!

Fraudulent Charges
This company is posting fraudulent recurring charges on former client's accounts, without providing goods or services. I'm guessing they've gone under. AVOID.
Out of business?
We had a wonderful experience until we kept getting charged $10 a month for a full year with NO way to cancel and no drops being delivered!!!!! I do believe this company has gone out of business.

I'm a longtime customer of the Dopple. I loved their service. Recently I thought to myself "huh, I haven't received a quarterly drop in quite some time..." which led me to discover that the company has evidently gone under, but is continuing to charge customers the quarterly $10 per child styling fee. Yikes. I attempted to remove my credit card from my account (I was charged the $10 fee on June 3 but received no drop) and it wouldn't let me change or remove my card info. I tried to contact customer service to cancel my account. No response. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company, and they thankfully gave me a refund. It's really too bad that Dopple isn't communicating anything at all to longtime loyal customers. And that they are still taking people's money despite no longer providing a service.

This is a scam
This is a scam. I signed up in April and never received any packages. I have emailed customer service multiple times with no response. They just charged me again! There is no way to remove your credit card information from the website. Stay away from this company!

I have used this service for years…
I have used this service for years without any issues. I loved getting the Dropps in the mail as there are no children’s boutiques in my area. On March 29th my card was charged for one Dropp that I never received. On May 1 I was charged for two Dropps, one for each kid. They won’t answer my emails or Instagram messages. There’s no way to remove your card number on their site, so I’m super worried they will keep charging me despite their business going under or what have you. I (stupidly) signed up with a debit card so there’s no way to file a charge back that I am aware of. I’ve hesitated getting a new card as I have a lot of things on auto-pay but it may come down to that.

I’ve used dopple with no issue for almost 2 years. Not sure what is going on now but I was supposed to have a drop sent in April and was charged the fee but the drop never shipped. I’ve emailed three times and reached out on instagram with no response. I had to file a chargeback with my credit card company.

Company loves to only take money...that is it.
We had received drops for more than a year and never had a problem, but then again we accepted most things and never needed assistance. The minute we needed help, Dopple disappeared.....EXCEPT their credit card machines still work. They will STEAL your money and never reach out. I have sent multiple emails and nothing. Notice on their website that there is no way to contact other than an email address that I promise you will be ignored.
What a waste of a great idea.

They double charged me, items never received
They double charged me for a previous order. Then told me they were sending a new drop. Nothing was ever sent. They have not responded to an email in 2 months. It’s as if the company has gone out of business. I keep getting insulting form emails saying someone will respond in 48-72 hours … for 2 months! On instagram - again they claimed someone would contact me asap and nothing.

Order never arrived, blocked me on instagram
UPDATE: I was able to get in touch with the new team and the customer service was really responsive. I renewed a drop under the new ownership and was shocked that almost a month later, I still haven't received anything. There was no communication about further delays, and each time I email to check in, they say something about a new warehouse and my order should ship soon, but it never does. I'll update again if I get it.
Drop never arrived, and they blocked me on Instagram for writing about my experience and trying to get customer service to respond after two months with no refund.

They stole my money and won’t refund me. I’m having to file a fraudulent charge claim through my bank. I honestly just don’t understand why you’d ignore a customer instead of just resolving an issue. It blows my mind.

Customer service is non existent
Customer service is non existent. I placed two orders in close succession with them via SHOP. These are dresses that I’d been searching for forever. The dresses never shipped and they did not answer any of my emails. Going to end up filing a chargeback which sucks because I really wanted the dresses.
