I ordered many gifts from this company before Xmas, including one 12-month subscription. One delivery was received by the person gifted it, but now nothing. No response from the company, and the website appears closed. I will try to dispute the credit card charge. Buyer beware!
Ordered a 12 month subscription but only received the first order. Tried to contact customer service by e-mail but only received auto responders saying they are closed. Tried phoning but the number is invalid. Cancelled my subscription but no moneys returned. I found this a very very poor service and very disappointing. Hopefully an explanation may arrive and we can discuss.

First time to use drinks drop. I ordered an overnight delivery which was supposed to arrive this afternoon. A hour before the delivery, I had a notification from the delivery provider saying that I had changed the delivery to tomorrow - I hadn't changed the delivery schedule. No-one picking up the phone at Drinks Drop nor responding to e-mail. Usually drinks are for a special occasion, so if they commit to an overnight service then they and their provider should be set up to do that.
Update - Upping the rating from 2 to 3. Customer Service at Drinks Drop responded the next morning and were very apologetic - but were not sure what had happened to the delivery. Delivery however showed up the next morning. Not thrilled with a delayed delivery, but customer services were very polite and responsive the next morning and checked in to confirm that the delivery had indeed arrived.

It looks as though it was our delivery partner that let us down on this occasion - as with most courier services, they have their off days. Not a regular occurrence, but an occurrence nonetheless.
Your call came in after we'd closed and so we weren't able to jump on it until the following morning - at which point we sorted everything for you first thing and thankfully you received your drinks in time for when you needed them.

We’ve had a few orders from Drinks Drop now, including gifting sets for friends. The quality of the drinks is outstanding - really interesting mixes, excellent range and quality ingredients. Have enjoyed every drink. Free next day delivery and free return of the pouches is great. The packaging is really smart and I think they could slightly lower the quality if they wanted to reduce prices. That said, I think the prices are fair for what you get.
Thanks so much for your help the other day sorting out a voucher code for my team so I could arrange celebratory virtual drinks. It worked really well, they loved the concept, the drinks and the returnable packaging! As ecommerce developers they also said how easy your site was to use :)
