I contacted Stephen about our car being hit on a doctors surgery car park which the police said they couldn’t do anything with it being private land and no offence had been committed.
He e mailed me information about the road traffic act and even talked to me on the phone about the best way to proceed with the police.
All his advice was for free which is great in this day and age and really helped.
A great help and would highly recommend Stephen to anyone who requires help.

"The initial consultation is free" a phrase so often used but not always honoured. In my case with Stephen the time spent in the initial phase was indeed free and never did I feel up against the clock. It was good solid advice of the professional kind. I felt as though I was being counselled by a good friend.

Left a message for Stephen with regards a speeding fine, and attitude stunk, wasn't interested in what I had to say or kept asking me what's the problem IE DO THE AWARENESS COURSE, even though I thought I might off had a mitigating circumstances if I even got around to asking him to write me a letter and was willing to pay, but Stephen wasn't interested in small little bit off a speeding, he's more Interested in the people who have a big case not a tiny one, well might be tiny one to him but not to some members off the public like me., Awful attitude

I don't generally leave reviews unless I really believe the service was worth it. In this case I'm happy to say it was.

Mr Oldham provided sound and sensible advice throughout from start to finish. I was charged with faliure to provide a sample of specimen and due to previous convictions was looking five year ban and possible 6 month jail sentence. Mr Oldham was unable to attend on my court date so I had one of his associates intially I was apprehensive about it as had heard great things about Mr Oldham and wanted him. I however was greeted by his associate (I'm gutted because I've forgotten his name ). He was incredible. We had a strategy going in to plead guilty straight away and use mitigation to lower the penalty as much as possible. His associates was unbelievable how he spoke with passion on my behalf he was able to persuade the judge and I only received a 3 year ban which is better then 5 and prison. I used a different lawer previously for my first case who where more expensive and didnt even fight my case with 10% of the passion and conviction that Mr Oldhams associates did.

I was happy with the result and will be using Mr Oldham when I appeal for my ban to be lifted. Definitely recommend.
