I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Stephen Oldham who has clearly demonstrated his expertise in motoring law generally and a totting up ban in particular. Right from the start Stephen was extremely helpful in completing paperwork and then ultimately successfully appealing for exceptional hardship. We didn't actually meet until the court date as all previous conversations were carried out over the phone on evenings around my work schedule. Throughout the whole process he kept me up to date with the progress of the case and took responsibility for sending off paperwork and liaising with the magistrates court.

Stephen recently represented me at Guildford Magistrates Court and was outstanding in every respect. The case was adjourned for 4 months, but Stephen was always available and emailed reminders to me, just in case.
