Drone Card Renewal …
My Valid Discount Code that I received as a returning customer was not accepted and the expiry date says Optional but purchase could not be completed without it.
Good card and Service sadly let down with the above points.

No facility to contact. Only an answer machine message which refers to a webpage. After searching google I eventually stumbled upon an email address. Once email sent about late order, did get a phone call that evening and order re sent, so not all bad I suppose. Email address should be visible under ‘contact us’

Hi, we do have a pre-recorded message when you telephone us. This points people towards our FAQ page that answers most questions people call about, however after this very short message you will be connected to us. We dont advertise an email address as we used to receive a huge amount of spam, so much so we couldnt keep up with it. Like you metioned, as soon as we were aware of a late delivery we instantly dispatched another without question. I think your 1 star review is very harsh.

Excellent company to deal with
I ordered online and made a few mistakes that I wasn't aware of, however I received a phone call from the guys at drone id explaining what I had done wrong and that they would rectify these mistakes before printing rather than me going through the full ordering process again, nice customer service from the guys which made it easier and quicker

Poor print quality on the card and lacking customer service
Poor print quality on the card. Extremely feint print.
Edit: The reply from the business below suggested that I let them know and have the card reprinted. I've had no reply after sending an email. I guess we can add poor customer service to the above review. I need printed cards and documents to look professional, as I run a videography business and need any credentials to look the part. Sadly this card is unfit for purpose.
If there is an improvement to the situation I'll amend my review, till then this stands as is. Very disappointing.
