Amazing brand, products, and customer service. My hair has never been healthier. I recommend the sweet sandalwood!

I find most shampoos to be extremely drying. The earthling shampoo bars leave my hair feeling very clean without stripping all the natural oils out. I also like that it has marshmallow root which promotes hair growth. The conditioner is a little more difficult to rub in your hair and has a slimy texture so I will look elsewhere for a conditioner. But the bar is a good value as it lasts many months if kept out of direct shower spray and you utilize the wood dish to keep out of standing water.

I'm obsessed with this company and their products, and I love supporting small, female-founded business where I can. I've been impressed with all of their products that I've tried, especially their shampoo and conditioner bars and their moisturizer and serum. I've been using their bar for a really long time now (I think one set lasts me 3-5 months, which is such a steal) and they make my hair look amazing. I would totally recommend them!

I have only used the shampoo and conditioner bars ONCE and already I am seeing and feeling a difference.

I purchased shampoo bars. They worked very well, but I didn't care for the scent. I canceled my subscription. The following month I was billed for, and received, another shampoo bar. I emailed the company and explained the situation. NO RESPONSE. The following month, I was AGAIN billed for a shampoo bar which is apparently on its way to me. I emailed the company again last week and have had NO RESPONSE. Empty plastic shampoo bottles in the landfill makes me unhappy, but brand new shampoo bars in the trash just makes me angry. Plus, I'm out $40, which is also not fun.

I bought the shampoo and conditioner bar set in the "fresh peach" scent against my better judgement as I did check reviews and comments on an instagram post and on the company's website. People were raving about scents and the amazing results.... after shipping and their "carbon" tax it was more than 44.00 for two bars of unscented goat soap. Upon arrival I opened them and they smelled like the towel my wet dog left behind in my subaru a few weeks ago. I got three other opinions in case maybe my nose was broken or something. I don't know if people have less expectation these days or what is happening. All I know is, the last thing I wanted to do was rub two goat soap balls in my wet hair. I did take the plunge, however because I asked this company for a refund as I truly felt deceived. As expected this soap was indeed nothing more than unscented goat soap. I actually had a bar of unscented goat soap which I tried a day later just to compare and indeed, the results were the same. As of date I have not received my refund because the company had retired for the day at 3pm. I will update regarding how this was (or wasn't) handled.
Update: I was refunded the money for the awful soap but not the "carbon tax". I did not have to wait and they said they would take into consideration the scent complaint I made, when discussing next products.

I was excited to try the shampoo and conditioner bars. I loved that the bars came in a box that can be recycled.
The shampoo bar lathered great! The conditioner bar was also easy to apply.
My hair was squeaky clean. Literally.
I naturally have flip curls and waves. However, after using the products, my hair was limp with NO curls or waves. My hair also felt slick as if something had been left behind.
I will be washing it again before going to sleep.
It took multiple washes for my hair to return to its normal texture.
I contacted fhe company and received a full refund.

I purchased the shampoo and conditioner bar in the sandalwood scent. In addition to, two other unscented shampoo bars. Total of four bars. The bars are nice. Nothing special! The sandalwood scent is lovely. However, at $16.00 dollars a bar, plus tax, shipping etc…
Four bars: $66.00 dollars. I’m sorry! This is extremely impractical and not sustainable for the average person in this economy. I was supposed to have received a discount???? If this was discounted……WOW! When these are gone, there will not be any more Earthling Co products purchased.

Just received my first order. Website was simple to use. Lots of fragrance selections. Quick shipping and kept informed during shipping process. Bars are well made, good size and smell great. I have waist length hair and it came out tangle free and smelling great and super soft. Highly recommend ditching the plastic and going with a more sustainable choice and this is a great company.

Ok, first the bad. The bars are smaller than they look in the videos. I’m not sure if a larger bar is used for advertising or the models have very small hands, but the shampoo bar is not as big as it looks. I bought Coconut Vanilla and although it smelled like coconut when I opened the package, it doesn’t smell like that in the shower. I was trying to figure out what it smelled like until my husband came out of the shower and asked why I bought crayon scented shampoo and he’s right, it smells like crayons. It’s not a horrible scent, but I’d prefer coconut or vanilla. Now, the good. I love the way my hair looks and feels. It is clean, incredibly soft and tangle free. I’ll definitely buy again, just not coconut vanilla
