I ordered dresses waited a month for them when I finally received them They were poorly made and the material very poor quality. I emailed them to let them know I was returning the clothes. They responded it would be better if I kept them and accept refund of 30.00 or 35 00 cash toward the next purchase You mean to tell me it's going to take 84.00 dollar to sent back to their warehouse or give the dress to other people for gifts. If I won't wear them why would I give them to someone else

This is not an American company; their clothes come from China and they don't look like the clothes on the site. My dress was ripped, and they said they would give me $5 for a tailor.

DO NOT BUY FROM THE EASY LADY! Their website is totally false and all of their items look completely different when they arrive; they are made of the cheapest, nastiest materials and their customer service is horrific.

I bought a dress that arrived two weeks late and was a totally different shade of pink than what was advertised on the website. I emailed them as they don't provide a returns address and they asked me to send pictures of the item I received which I did. They then accused me of editing the pictures and told me I could use a 20% discount code off on my next purchase - quite frankly I would never order from them again!!

It was a $30 refund and I would of had to have paid for return shipping anyway; for such a small amount I don't think it's worth being so rude to your customers; they are false advertising and a total embarrassment of a company.

They use other companies photos as their own

Don't trust this asian cheapsite.
sizes doesnt match, Shipping took way longer, and not even that.
Threats by the company's Sevice, if you want to return, it cost YOU shipping+ tracking , which will cost you well over 30-50 dollars.
While your order might've been not even that much.

Save your money and time. Do not order from this site.

I ordered from this website to purchase a dress my daughter requested for Christmas. I should've known it was coming from China because of how long it took to arrive. When she tried on the dress, it fit very poorly, and a different size wouldn't have helped, because of the style/fit of the dress. It goes downhill from there! I e-mailed the company, per their return procedure. They promise to reply in 24 hours, up to 48 on weekends. It took 4 days and several e-mails, in the middle of the week, to get a response. In every communication, and it took several to get them to send me an address to return the item, they impressed that I was responsible for return shipping, and that I should have a tracking number, because, "It might get lost" and they are not responsible until the tracked item is received by them. Finally, with return address in hand, I went to the post office to return my $20 dress, only to learn that it would cost me over $60 to return with a tracking number, and the cheapest way is over $20, the cost of the dress. I was advised to either/or both re-sell it on Amazon, and/or refute the credit card expense due to the issues the company gave me and their insistence that I return it with a tracking number because of their threats that it may be lost, and they assume no responsibility for this. I would NEVER BUY from this company! Do yourself a favor, save yourself the expense and aggravation!

Delivery took 5 and a half weeks. Once I finally received the items one was badly made but at least resembled the photo online, the other was not anything like shown.
