Products were wonderful but some were out of stock when I ordered but not displayed as so on the website meaning I had to wait a long time for delivery. But when they did turn up I was very happy with what I’d ordered
Slow to despatch and then sent an incorrect item. I have emailed twice saying this, and have been ignored. It is three weeks after my order and I haven't even had an acknowledgment of the fact they sent the wrong item, never mind been sent what I paid for.
Incredible natural products: affordable, clean, long lasting and just an incredible holistic vibe! In this world that, for too many things, got to fast and also pushing non natural products just for gain by some multi national products. A 10 on 10!
I searched out the lemon shaped French soap and found it in this shop. It's classic, smells beautiful and exactly what I needed. Thank you!

Eco Emporium! Their eco-friendly goodies totally blew me away, and the customer service was top-notch—super helpful and friendly. Lovely little Eco friendly company, i bought some bath bombs and candles as gifts for my colleagues and they were hand wrapped in compostable cellophane! and just look like such a nice gift!! can't wait to purchase some more bits!! Delivery was also extremely quick!! x
