BEWARE They Sell your personal details

I was looking into the figures to work out if solar panels were worth it for me, I decided they weren't and cancelled my survey. Ever since I have had countless spam calls, texts and emails from them, trying to sell me other products. More worryingly, lots of calls from other companies.
So BEWARE Eco Experts obviously sell your personal details.

Rude and unprofessional

Following research into heat pump prices via quotes they have repeatedly phoned me despite me saying I'm not interested in proceeding with a quote.

I have asked for my details to be removed multiple times and this clearly has not been done.

On this morning's occasion I explained that they keep contacting me despite my request for them not to and instead of dealing with the problem, they simply hung up.

Rude and abusive call

I received a call on the 21st of July at 14.33 from a woman and told her that I don't know the person she was seeking and they were constantly calling and texting me, I asked her to remove my number from the system and all my calls were recorded, she immediately became abusive and said I couldn't do that and I said I was reporting each and every call to the Information Commissioner's Office.  She said I can't because I don't know which company she is calling from and she abruptly ended the call

RUDE and UNHELPFUL!

I entered my details to get some indicative quotes. Just had a cold call from a VERY rude woman in a call centre, cant remember a more unpleasant telephone exchange in a while, hung up in the end. Going to give them a wide berth.

Incredible misleading.

Incredible misleading.
Doesn’t mention that you have to spend thousands on insulation, especially for older houses with solid wall.
In other words, your house will be much colder and your spend more money on extra electric heaters.
Best to stick with gas and wait for the technology to improve in the next 10 years!

Beware not what it appears to be

I should receive a quote in a few easy steps,
I filled in the form but no quote.
Instead I have been referred to another company or maybe more than one.
I'll not be a happy bunny if I start to receive calls wanting me to make an appointment for a salesman or similar to pay me a visit.
That is not part of the deal and Eco Exports should be upfront and not the offer sound simple.
Will Eco Experts next claim an introduction fee from those companies?

Dodgy company using AI to swindle

Advert is bad AI and designed to be fraudulent and reel you in via mishearing. The part of the song that says that solar panels don't cost thousands and thousands of pounds is then followed by a purposely garbled message "they can actually cost '###' pounds". Funny that the subtitles also disappear at this point.

I filled in the form just to see if it was too good to be true and they just bombard with calls. Weeks and weeks of calls, trying to sell me solar panels despite me asking to be removed from the calling list. Dodgy company with shady tactics.

Don’t go there

Interesting that most of the 5* reviews aren’t from the UK,most of the 1* reviews are-Having applied for help I can see why
I wanted additional loft insulation, I was told 4 inches meets current government guidelines but I could get a grant towards spray foam roof insulation . if you aren’t familiar with it google it!!! I was told most mortgage companies accept it now, other opinions are available!
I have a property ideally suited to a ground source heat pump so I was offered an AIR SOURCE heat pump at a cost to me of £18500 and I was told that I would not require any additional insulation despite having hundred year-old single glazed windows no wall insulation and only nominal loft insulation. I was told the existing radiators would be fine (no they weren’t) and that it would save me money in the long-term (no it won’t)
I won’t bore you with the saga of solar panels
