The Embroidery Shop is a family run business and having started from the basement of our house many years ago we now find ourselves situated within our own shop at 35 Parsons Green Terrace, Edinburgh, EH8 7AF. We provide a range of garment decoration services such as Embroidery, Vinyl Transfer Printing and DTG Printing (Direct to Garment Printing). Using only the latest machinery we use the Brother PR embroidery machines which are capable of embroidering logos of 10 colours and more, we provide solid colour transfer vinyl printing as well as multicolour transfer printing and we have the Brother DTG printer which allows us to print directly onto garments. We like to work closely with local suppliers so we can ensure you that as our customer you are getting the best quality clothing and garment finish. Embroidering and printing of logos, designs and text is our passion and you can be guaranteed of receiving a great service from us. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am-6pm.

Had a single one of item i required to…

Had a single one of item i required to be embroidered not a big job but important to me. Left it with them to be done. On completion which was on time they contacted me to collect. Absolutely delighted how it turned out Absolutely perfect. So anyone needing this type of work don't hesitate they will do you proud. I will be using them again. Regards D Alexander.

I haven’t used this business but I’m…

I haven’t used this business but I’m wondering how 3 reviews of 5 stars and 1 of 1 star averages out to 2.7. In my book, 3x5=15, plus 1=16, divided by 4 = 4 stars.
Reviews are all very well but they need to be calculated properly. This looks as if it’s poor but based on the reviews it’s actually pretty good.

Disastrous service

I have had an extremely disappointing experience with this clothing printing shop. I have been waiting for almost three weeks just to receive a quote. Every time I visited the shop, they told me I would have it in a few days, which was a lie. When I called, they said I would have it that night or the next day, which was also a lie. In my last call, they accused me of being too pushy because they have other customers and I need to understand that.

I have literally been waiting three weeks for a quote. The attitude of the couple running this shop is degrading. I've wasted three weeks and had to bring my logo designs multiple times because they were incapable of using the formats they themselves specified. After all this waiting, I had to cancel my order due to the rudeness of the woman on the phone, who accused me of being impatient and reminded me that they have other customers.

Additionally, I have heard from others who have experienced the same issue with delays. This shop is honestly a disaster. They have boxes everywhere, and it's nearly impossible to tell what they have and where anything is. They seem completely disorganized and unaware of their own inventory.

It's also impossible to get anything done via email because they literally ignore them. You either call or visit the store in person, or you will not get any response from them.

Honestly, the service at this business is absolutely appalling.

Thank you for leaving us a review on Google, Trust Pilot & Yell.com yesterday & now the same review as a comment on our Facebook Ad.

You are correct you asked us for a quote for Branded Clothing & have still not received this quote which Michelle apologised for on the phone yesterday & I apologise again for this. If that is how you left your review that you were not happy with the service for not receiving said quote then we apologise, see how we can rectify the situation, take the bad review for all to see & improve our service.

But no, as you said on your phone conversation yesterday with Michelle while you were shouting & swearing at her & that she is running a shit show of a business on a number of occasions, telling her to cancel your order then taking offence when she replied "ok I will cancel your order" then continuing to shout and swear at her that she is shit at running a business, and that you were going to go online & leave us bad reviews everywhere, quite frankly disgraceful behaviour.

I have personally met & dealt with you on one occasion when you first came into the shop over 2 months ago, I explained the process with you, discussed & showed you products & showed you our website where all clothing & pricing information is available online, at that time you were unsure of the products/quantities required but would go away, have a look online & get back to us in due course, you shook my hand thanked me for my time, said you would be in touch and left. not sure how this can be construed as "degrading"
As for having to bring logo designs in multiple times, you came in twice,
the first time you brought in logo files that were White and as your logo is multicolour you were advised we cant use these files, you then asked us if we could add your colours as "your guy is out of the country" which we explained that's not how the process works, you came back in with the correct files the second time and asked us just to proceed with your order without receiving a quote then emailed us & added in extra items without a quote.
As for hearing from "others" who have experienced the same issues please could you ask them to either get in touch or leave us a review with their concerns/issues to give us a better understanding & to allow us to see how we can improve our services as customer service is very important to us.

As for the shop being a disaster boxes everywhere etc, we are a workshop, boxes come in and go out on a daily basis and we have a very good system in place to allow us to know what we have and where it is & should not have to explain this to you, it also did not deter you the 3 times you were in the shop but now feel the need to add this & everything else you have written to give your complaint and ambition to cause us damage more substance.
You are quite clearly on a mission to cause as much damage to us as you can so good luck with that.

Fantastic service from this company

Fantastic service from this company. Wouldn't go anywhere else they help you right down to every last detail from the logo on your jumper to hats and masks with company logo on. They keep in touch about your order, always arrive on time and great prices 👍

Recently had the practice scrubs…

Recently had the practice scrubs embroidered and michelle has been fantastic from start to finish from getting the colours for the logo correct and then the final result.
