Thank you for leaving us a review on Google, Trust Pilot & Yell.com yesterday & now the same review as a comment on our Facebook Ad.
You are correct you asked us for a quote for Branded Clothing & have still not received this quote which Michelle apologised for on the phone yesterday & I apologise again for this. If that is how you left your review that you were not happy with the service for not receiving said quote then we apologise, see how we can rectify the situation, take the bad review for all to see & improve our service.
But no, as you said on your phone conversation yesterday with Michelle while you were shouting & swearing at her & that she is running a shit show of a business on a number of occasions, telling her to cancel your order then taking offence when she replied "ok I will cancel your order" then continuing to shout and swear at her that she is shit at running a business, and that you were going to go online & leave us bad reviews everywhere, quite frankly disgraceful behaviour.

I have personally met & dealt with you on one occasion when you first came into the shop over 2 months ago, I explained the process with you, discussed & showed you products & showed you our website where all clothing & pricing information is available online, at that time you were unsure of the products/quantities required but would go away, have a look online & get back to us in due course, you shook my hand thanked me for my time, said you would be in touch and left. not sure how this can be construed as "degrading"
As for having to bring logo designs in multiple times, you came in twice,
the first time you brought in logo files that were White and as your logo is multicolour you were advised we cant use these files, you then asked us if we could add your colours as "your guy is out of the country" which we explained that's not how the process works, you came back in with the correct files the second time and asked us just to proceed with your order without receiving a quote then emailed us & added in extra items without a quote.
As for hearing from "others" who have experienced the same issues please could you ask them to either get in touch or leave us a review with their concerns/issues to give us a better understanding & to allow us to see how we can improve our services as customer service is very important to us.
As for the shop being a disaster boxes everywhere etc, we are a workshop, boxes come in and go out on a daily basis and we have a very good system in place to allow us to know what we have and where it is & should not have to explain this to you, it also did not deter you the 3 times you were in the shop but now feel the need to add this & everything else you have written to give your complaint and ambition to cause us damage more substance.
You are quite clearly on a mission to cause as much damage to us as you can so good luck with that.
