It was very informative, and well presented. The quality of the slides were clear on my end, easy to read and provided the examples for the presenter. I also love how the presenter took participant questions in real time. I would not hesitate to take another program.

It was an absolute delight to attend this webinar! Williams' approach is warm and friendly but, at the same time, very professional. I've attended several of the recent webinars and have enjoyed each one enormously. Is there any possibility of the April 14 webinar being repeated? I've actually got my 15 year old grandson, who poo-poo'd the idea at first, now interested and he missed that particular one, Thank you for a lovely experience and look forward to more of these.

William is always thoroughly professional in his delivery. He handles the continuous queries from the public with great skill while remaining on course with the subject. His breadth of knowledge about each topic is second to none, so one leaves his webinars armed with trusted information and feeling that was time well spent.

The English Manner so generously offered several free etiquette webinars during this time of being confined to our homes. I have always wanted to learn proper etiquette, so excitedly signed up for several classes such as History and Rituals of Afternoon Tea, Understanding Dress Codes, Dining Etiquette and a conversation with 3 etiquette professionals. Each webinar was very informative and I enjoyed them immensely. Mr. Hanson is an excellent teacher and I am so thankful that he gave up his time to share his expertise on proper etiquette to the entire world. I am definitely going to sign up for some of the other classes and webinars that are offered!

Absolutely loved the free webinars offered by The English Manner, the contents of which were well presented and relevant to modern day settings. William Hanson in particular, is highly articulate, knowledgeable and makes learning etiquette exciting. I have always wanted to attend etiquette lessons but have never been able to do so due to childcare commitments. However as I now know that The English Manner offer some of their courses online, and after trying the webinars, I will definitely be enrolling on their online courses.
