I was unfamiliar with the need for an EPC when selling as it is 30 years since I sold my last home. I found Matt Fay (the epc man) online and read the reviews. From the moment I booked my appointment with Natalie to when Matt sent the certificate, I knew I was in capable hands. Natalie booked my assessment on the day I wanted it. Matt arrived and was thorough, polite and personable whilst carrying out the review. He is very approachable if you need advice on how to improve your rating. Rubbish service. Let us down three times. Totally unreliable.
